Excellent all around. Everything was very clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was really nice. I was honestly surprised how nice this hotel is for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was pretty good. I would stay there again. It definitely served its purpose. The room had plenty of towels and it was very clean. If I had to make make a complaint. I will say I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have blackout shades so the light from the parking lot was shining in my window. I guess it gave me a nightlight. Lol there was even a Walmart Walgreens and Costco‘s all within one minute away and it was right off the main highway.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed. Charito (dining area) was pleasant and she kept her area very clean and tidy. Excellent job, Charito!

Free cookies at the desk. Great room. Spacious. Comfortable king bed. Large bathroom. Slept through breakfast but looked at the area when I was checking out. Although it was closed and all cleaned up, staff still offered me an apple. Safe area.

lt appears to be a very new property. Very organized, clean, great price, good sized room. Easy on/off of I-295 just west of the St. Johns River. Just a short run to I-95 and the city and access to the beaches or southbound towards St. Augustine and points south. Only about 10 minutes from I-10

All in all it was good. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Complaints: We were given our total cost on the room when we reserved on Hotels.Com. When got to the hotel there was a what I thought was a $75.00 deposit fee. Eight days later and we have not received the deposit back. My bank account shows that they charged me $75.00 more than Hotels.Com said the total would be.My bank account also shows a separate charge of $46.67 and I’m not even sure what that is for.

This is second visit here and was very enjoyable. I visit closeby family and its easy to get around and hotel is very comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and I will continue to come back when I visit.

It was a fantastic stay. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. The hotel was clean our room was very clean! I forgot my syrup for my waffle and I think it was Charito chased me down and got me the syrup right before getting into the elevator.I apologize if I am way off with her name. We will definitely be back

The breakfast was absolutely worth the trip. Only negative would have to be the pool. After swimming the water left a slick oily film on you. Took almost 40 minutes in a hot shower to clean it off.

This hotel is in a perfect spot! You can get on the interstate at a light by the hotel and go to the Jax Beaches (30-40 minutes away) or travel to downtown Jax (15-20 minutes away). It’s located near a Costco and Culver’s both in walkable distance. A Walmart and GATE gas station are within 3 minutes away. The hotel stayed clean and even if you have a DND sign on your door, room serve ensures your room is clean upon your request via a phone call to your room. 10/10 would recommend, I booked an additional day because I really liked the hotel and the vibe here!

The hotel was probably one of the best I've ever stayed at. It was the cleanest I had ever stayed at. The personal were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. I will definitely be staying thete agan when traveling to Florida. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the Jacksonville area.

What I liked was that it was quiet, clean and the staff was friendly. What was unique was the game corner in the lobby area, What I didnt like was the bed in room 211 was uncomfortable, ac was loud. I would recommend this hotel to others as well as come back.

I was very thankful to find a place where I felt safe and somewhere that was very clean. I was greeted with a smile and caring staff. The checkin was seamless and the room was beyond my satisfaction. The beds are perfect and I got great sleep. Very quiet area. I would stay here again for sure.
