A nice, clean and modern property with friendly and helpful staff.

The only this nice about this hotel is the view. The pool on the top floor is just for kids with too much Chlorine. Only 2 elevators and $50 for over night parking. Most overrated hotel in Central America. Now if you like the view of an empty stadium and a dirty park. This is your place. Do yourself a favor and book a hotel in Escazu

I chose this hotel for my 30th birthday. Once in the hotel my guest and I notice a brown rain on the wall above the bed and a black bug in the bathroom which I got rid of. Not thinking much of it , as we were out of the US, we enjoyed our stay and our excursions as normal. Staff personnel was polite and accommodating as they did not have an appointed concierge to coordinate travels. Their transportation services they used were also polite and accommodating.On the last day of our vacation we noticed that we were more itchy than we ( my guest more than I )had been over the last couple of days on the trip and developed red bumps. ( also understanding we went on outdoor excursions and did get bit by mosquitoes) Following a hunch I pulled back the covers on my bed and saw a black speck that jumped as I tried to pick it up with nail( I hoped that it was lint from my pajamas). I was able to catch it and smear it on the sheet and saw dark red. At check out we made staff aware of the possibility of bed bugs, and have yet to hear from them. Check out was on 7/21/24.

The property was beautiful, just couldn’t get past the fact our room didn’t have functioning AC, which made for very uncomfortable stay.

This is hotel has nothing special. Regular hotel, with a regular room. I find it very pricey for what it is. The food at the ONLY one restaurant is not good. The only one thing is that the Hotel is in front of the soccer stadium.

As usual operating the air conditioning was a big problem. It was very unresponsive

Nice property

I like the gym and the swimming pool. Very clean. The steam room was an added bonus. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of options. Our room was also good except for it is not soundproof as we can hear the Karaoke bar from outside and we were in the second floor. It was quite after 11pm. The view from our room was amazing ( the soccer stadium and the mountains). I think the housekeepers need to be trained to separate the dirty linens and towels from the clean ones as I saw one housekeeper piled up the dirty linens on top of the linen cart next to the clean towels. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Overall, our stay was Wonderful . Thank you!

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful, walkable part of San Jose. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered a spectacular view, and so too, having drinks on the terrace overlooking La Sabana Park. If I had realized how beautiful this property was when booking it, I would have stayed a few more days.

We arrived to a welcome verifying we are at the correct Hilton and then escorted through check in and to our room with our luggage in tow. The hotel is new and everything is top notch. The food is tasty in the restaurant & the wine selection is better than most in Costa Rica. We walked the neighborhood in the morning and found it a quaint and loaded with shops and a wide variety of restaurants. We will definitely return in our next visit to Costa Rica!

A high-rise place, not only for its physical structure but for the quality of its services. Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent quality of food. Clean, super comfortable room. It was worth it to have welcomed the new year there.
