Small room and limited secure on premise car parking

Stay was great. Only a few little things that added up that took it away from me giving 5 stars. For example, room could have been a bit cleaner... few random hairs around the toilet if you know what I mean. Also we were a family of 3 staying in the room and only 2 towels. Also train station was right behind the hotel so was very loud at night. But overall great place. Rooms were modern with nice amenities. Even had makeup remover pads! Also heaps of great walkable options for dining and shopping centre with Target and chemist only a 5min walk away.

The bed was amazing! Very comfortable . All staff encountered were efficient and friendly. Only there for one night and did not experience any food , it the restaurant seemed very popular .

In the centre of town. Took the queen room cosy cosy but clean, comfortable and quiet, enjoyed our stay. Resaurant is a steak house and very good but if you are on a budget not for you, exceptional food & wine. Do yourself a favour

The Gem hotel was a great place to stay right on the main street. Walking distance to shops and restaurants with many food options. We had a delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the location as it is close to Griffith Station and the tourist information hub. I really liked the service provided, they were accommodating towards storing our luggage and cold items till reception closing time (10pm) as our bus departs at 2am. I stayed in the Queen Petite room, which is rather small...there was barely enough space to walk if you have luggage. I think the bathrooms should be better designed, as closing the glass door and drain isn't enough to keep the water out. Also would be much better if there's more surface top space around the basin.
I do realise from this experience that a motel would suit us better than a hotel...as we would like more utensils and a microwave.

The room was very clean but very small. Perfect for one night but more than one night would have been too small.
The car park gate was also open at all times which I think defeats the purpose of secure parking.

The Premium King suite was beautifully clean and spacious. Every little detail was on point, nothing was a problem for the helpful staff. The parking out back was a blessing and secure...The bar and restaurant served delicious meals and drinks. I will definitely be returning to this outstanding hotel.

The premier room is so luxurious. We have stayed twice now and to watch tv from the bath whilst sipping wine is really fun and peaceful.

The standard queen room at 169 ft2 is just too small for 2 people. No place to put luggage, tiny shower. Otherwise it's modern and clean. And, of course, if you book through a 3rd party app like Hotels.com you're virtually guaranteed to get the poorest condition rooms in the least desirable location.

Nice property however one side of the bed had a lean to the outside when you were sleeping which was a bit disconcerning. Also the shower screen was not sealed on the bottom so water leaked out under it and made the bathroom floor very wet around the toilet.
