My room was near a door I could here everytime someone open or closed the door which was frequently.

It took 4 rooms to get one that i could sleep in. First room refrigerator didn't work and was full of black mold. Second room had no black out curtains window was facing parking lot wife couldn't change in the room and the smoke detector was ripped off the wall. Third room had no air-conditioning that worked. Fourth room, well we were able to sleep with out sweating to death. The girl in charge laughed every time I brought something to her attention. The whole hotel smelling like a Marijuana factory and a dog kennel.

I dont think the room was properly cleaned from the last guest .. they did not refill the soap dispencer and there was a dock under the bed

Our stay over the summer here was pleasant but was shocked to see the decline in upkeep to the property when we returned 4 months later. The property appeared to have converted to a homeless shelter for the off season. Breakfast was served, if you consider bread and oranges breakfast. The room was cleanish, but smelled of mildew. Also, if you can’t do stairs, let them know, because there is no elevator to get to rooms on second floor.

It was okay. I booked a king size room buy i ended up getting 2 queens but its okay. Not a big deal. There was a cockroach on the bed. A fingerprints on the head board. A hair strands in the bathroom sink. At 9pm someone knocked on my door. I didnt know them. It was 2 guys. But overall hopefull things will get better for the hotel.

Prior to checking in it said the hotel offered hot breakfast however in the morning all they had was bread a few Bagels and butter. Another guest came down and said all I need is milk but there was none. That ruins my entire stay thank you

Good stay, came to visit friends. Location was great and close to highway. We had to ask for things at breakfast, as when we went down for breakfast at 8:30, nothing had been replenished, had to take more bread out of freezer, but very helpful and well looked after. Too much noise during the night from the local people living there.

It was updated in the room we stayed clean breakfast was ok just toast bagels cereal and coffee but that was fine. At times it was noisy but overall good for the price.

The issues I had were there wasn't an iron or iron board in the room, the microwave and refrigerator were dirty, breakfast was only for kids no bacon, eggs, etc, did not offer us clean towels since we stayed for 2 days and I felt like we were rushed out of the room because someone came in before we were out the room. Good customer service at check-in and out.

The property was great only thing the guest next door to me had a dog that literally barked for almost 4 hours straight early in the morning other than that property and my stay was really good

The “free” guest breakfast was not operating as it should. Juice machine was out of order for my whole stay. Cereal was “old”. Coffee &tea station was the only option. Terrible stay!!!! Had to wait 3 days for them to address the broken fixtures in my room. I reported it to front desk immediately. Vent in my bathroom needed to clean, the smell of mold/mildew was strong. Had to keep the bathroom door closed during my stay.

The property is in a good location and the room was clean however the property needs major repairs. There is a plumbing issue and there are water marks on the ceilings, walls, and floors. The tub drained extremely slow and backs up. The floors are lifted off and are a tripping and falling hazard. We also had roaches in our bathroom. Would nog recommend..

The staff were incredible, super helpful and responsive to issues. The room was cleaned upon my arrival. The only issues are the other residents staying there. Many were very loud and smoking inside their rooms. My car was also hit in the parking lot, but the staff was very helpful in getting that issue resolved with the local police. Would be fine for an quick overnight stay if you are traveling.

In Room 110 The bathroom in the room has black mold all over it. There is no ventilation in the room. The floor is filthy. It is hard to breathe in the room.

The place is clean, safe and convenient. They have great danish in the morning. The parking lot is lite up at night. There is a PetCo warehouse in the back and someone must be feeding the cats (very cool).

The room reeked of mold and was uninhabitable. At 10:30 at night we had to leave and find another hotel. We asked for a refund through Expedia and were denied. Bad experience!!!!!!

Arrived early and they allowed my son and I to check in. We were here for a baseball tournament. They also gave us a late check out as our Sunday games didn’t start until 3 so they allowed us to check out an hour later. Really nice staff and very helpful.

Absolutely impressed with this hotel! I really felt welcomed and safe here. I loved the ease to go grab dinner and breakfast because it’s pretty central to Chester. I had been driving a while and most areas felt a bit unsafe but Chester was the opposite. The hotel was in a great area, it was comfortable and clean. The staff was great!

Overall, a nice place--if you are looking for a restful night, at a well-kept place, you will not be disappointed. There are a lot of reliable shops in driving/walking distance (e.g., Target, Kroger, Ross, etc.) Honestly, the uncooperative nature of front desk staff was the most challenging part of the stay.
