when booking it claimed to include breakfast which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel . Upon checking in there was a sign that said no breakfast. This should be changed on the website as this is false advertising. Second in the middle of the night someone booked Nextdoor left and their dog barked for 3 hours causing us to not get any sleep. I called the front desk and no one answered . Overall this entire stay was a nightmare.

The receptionist at the front desk (Tiffany) was very friendly always had a smile on her face . She is such a joy

The bathroom entrance floor is cracked......AC unit was starting to act up (maintenance came and took care of it once.....he was going to look at it again but I departed on the 22nd of this month I believe so I informed him that he didn't have to worry about it since I was leaving. The room that was on the left side of me (rm242) she has a dog that would bark at sometimes 3 or 4 in the morning or bark whenever someone passed by the room.....it started to become very annoying. At one point my room was entered into without my permission. The price was ridiculously outrageous because of the condition of the hotel along the balcony and the fixtures along the building looked like it was/is falling apart and they are just repairing it by patching it up in bits and pieces.. if I was able to afford to stay in that area I would have went to the Super 8 next to this hotel because it was a lot cheaper.

convenient location to interstate and dining shopping. Beds were very comfortable, was clean, reasonable price compared to many in the area. Nice TV, didn’t try Wi-Fi

does need some basic attention to cracks with pain peeling, rust stains in the toilet
