The hotel was really nice and comfortable, large rooms. The pool was good but a bit cool for children. Very pleasant staff and atmosphere. Would benefit from a children's menu. Nice touches like the nut bar and robes for the pool. A little way out of the centre (20 minutrs) but the Garibaldi Metro station is within 6 minute walk and the bus directly to the Louvre 1 minute from the hotel. Would recommend and revisit.

MOBHOUSE is a very interesting hotel concept. It has an unfinished industrial chic feel. It is very upscale. Also quite close to bus 85 and also Metro line 14. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would be glad for the opportunity to stay again.

Outstanding. What a wonderful hotel. A gem in Paris. The area is safe despite what people say. Easy to get to see the main sights in Paris with metro. Travel a lot and this hotel is the best of the best. Shout out to the amazing staff.

Great Idea opening a cool Stark hotel yet it's in Paris where people only work 35 hours a week, only do what they feel they should be doing. The whole service attitude I am used to at start hotels around the world isn't apparent. Kitchen closes at 10pm, so couldn't eat when arriving and if you go outside at the time it dangerous.Other than that sure cool hotel in a very up a coming area.

They charged the deposit fee €200 and will refund you few days later after check out while normally hotel just hold the deposit instead of charging in advance.

The area is cosy and has good access to facilities and public transport. A bit far from the attractions and Paris central (~45 minutes by public transport) but calmer too.

Very poor quality service. Air conditioning broke in room so running at 25 degrees (when it was 34 outside). Had to ask several times for it to be addressed. The initial option was to bring a desk fan. Eventually we managed to move rooms. Very trendy hotel but service didn’t match it

Unbelievable little sanctuary oasis in the middle of Paris. Friendly and attentive staff and immaculate service and surroundings. So relaxing and creative as a concept. No TV lol! All natural materials and superb food. Just adored every second.

Hotel was overpriced. Hotel Lobby, Hallways and Rooms smelled like dirty wet carpet. Rooms smelled like wet towels and A/C did not work in both rooms.

Amazing staff, very polite, kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, soooo comfy and always cleaned amazingly by the cleaners. The pool was really fun and the outside seating area was stunning and chill. The areas inside such as the sofas for work, the bar and restaurant where really good and drinks where amazing.

Love this place, really different feel and ethos. Lots of really nice touch's, interesting design and use of materials. Free nuts if you are peckish. Good gym and pool and bar restaurant. Very friendly and engaging staff

The hotel is great and very modern, but the restaurant on the hotel premises is very disappointing. We had numerous meals (incl dinner and breakfast), but each of them was a bad experience (bad service, food not tasty, milk sour).

We arrived at 1:30a. And were left waiting for 12 minutes while the one check-in person attended to another group. We felt invisible and the opposite of welcomed. We had to ask for water, and make a stink just to get checked-in.

Our room AC did not work and we told the staff unfortunately no room to change for us.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had in a hotel. The surrounding area is not that pleasing and we were a little put off but once we opened the ginormous gate and entered the compound, we were transported to a different realm! The Mob House checks all the boxes for cleanliness, friendliness of staff, eco-friendly, safety, and just pure bliss. It can stand against any luxury hotel and win, hands down! The most exhilarating of all about this hotel is the smell that envelops you as soon as you enter. I literally wanted to bottle that smell so I bought all the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in hopes to bringing The Mob House with me to the States. I will definitely be returning! P.S The restaurant staff wears khaki overalls that I want so bad. Please make them available for sale.

Intially we were incredibly impressed with MOB house and were looking forward to our stay, however this quickly changed. We had no working air conditioning, despite reporting this twice. We had to sleep with our balcony door open as it was so warm, which wasn’t ideal as all of the balconies were directly connected. The breakfast buffet was poor. Staff provided incorrect information promising breakfast tea to then be told after the 3rd/4th attempt to source some they didn’t provide this. There was no water in the rooms beyond the initial free mini bar bottles. We had to repeatedly ask for water for the room - surely these days this is a standard?! We were left incredibly disappointed in our stay with a very bad taste from the experience. It was as if the staff didn’t care when there was an issue. No thought of offering a different room with working air con, not even any acknowledgement that there was a problem and they couldn’t fix it. Was all just essentially ignored. Our disappointment depended when we discovered we should have received Expedia members benefits such as a free upgrade - why did we not receive this? The hotel wasn’t busy but again it’s as if they just don’t care. We won’t be rebooking anytime soon. All the superficial frills and no substance!

The MOB House facilities were flawless and eco friendly. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. We look forward to returning with our children for a stay! The staff was superb with all our request and Tom went above and beyond in every way to helps us locate local restaurants and activities within the area. Nothing but excellence!

a refreshing experience to be noted

Hotel staff were excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Location is pretty good, close to flea market and most landmarks you can walk to.

The hotel is amazing, really inovative! Bar is excellent, service slow! Beds super comfortable! Saturday night was spoilt by teenagers playing music and loud shouting untill 1am in the morning on the ground floor terrace, spoilt our last night
