Amazing staff 5stars for everything except the staff on departure day. I kept getting call while try to shower and go asking is I was checking out. Literally 2 different ppl called. I didn’t like that, it took away from my time to get out.

We were on a family trip and stayed there for one night. Great staff , great facility, easy on and off the interstate and the continental breakfast was actually really good. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the area !

Loved everything about this say. Staff was amazing in every aspect. I had a child to get sick at 1am and staff came to the rescue with cleaning supplies, clean bedding and towels. We were able to check in early when other family memners staying at different hotels were not, simply amazing. I want to thank everyone; check in, housekeeping and breakfast staff for an amazing stay!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Tru. The breakfast is great. The rooms are cleaned. Great location. The customer service is excellent. I will stay at Tru again.

Not very nice at check in.

The area and the cleanliness

We’ve stayed here multiple times, and this is our second time having some real issues with our stay. This time though we had one staff member who was continuously rude to us when we had any interaction, they put us in the wrong room and wouldn’t correct it, and when I asked for an extra blanket I was told they were completely out even though they didn’t check it was just said. Really bummed because the overall place is nice, we really love playing pool in the evenings as a family.

Absolutely loved how easy and quick everything here was definitely would be staying here again!

It was a great stay! We stayed one night and it was the best one night! Clean, service was great, no problems.

Quiet and pleasant

Our family of four had an excellent stay at Tru by Hilton in Lithia Springs. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the indoor pool, which was a big hit with everyone and added a special touch to our family getaway. We found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The area around the hotel was also very convenient, offering easy parking and a safe environment. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The Tru by Hilton in Lithia Springs gets high marks for cleanliness and friendly service! The staff went above and beyond to help me out when I realized I'd accidentally booked my stay for the wrong dates online. They were incredibly accommodating and got me rescheduled quickly and efficiently. The hotel itself was sparkling clean, from the lobby to the guest room. It had a fresh, modern feel. The only downside was some noticeable road noise from my room. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on the quieter side of the hotel. Overall, I had a positive experience at the Tru by Hilton Lithia Springs. The staff's friendliness and the hotel's cleanliness really won me over. With a little planning to avoid the road noise, this could be a perfect stay for many travelers

Like the location, good property management.

This was an amazing hotel. It was clean, the room was extremely comfortable and it was quiet. The shower was nice and roomy not like other hotels where you can barely turn around in. The breakfast looked good, but we didn't eat there. If we come back to Austell we will definitely stay here again.

ALL THE STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE ACCOMODATING TO US.

Great Hotel to stay in. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Great local shopping areas. A great near by hiking trail. Great experience all together.

Well, I was forced to bring down my dirty towels to be able to get clean towels. My room was not clean when I got there nor was it wrote room was clean while I was at Six Flags my son’s 12th birthday and they also threw away my food was very displeased. I have filed a charge with my bank if you Electric reach out to me at 423-394-0725 thank you.

Amazing

The rooms are very clean with a nice fresh smell! The bed was comfortable and bedding is nice and soft. We did not swim this time but the pool was clean and inviting and if time permitted we would have definitely went for a swim! My daughters and I really enjoyed the breakfast and I was happy gluten free options were available for me.

Staff was not friendly, not convenient for 90 year old to walk to room. Asked for room close to door, hard to believe best they could do was half way down the hall.

Very enjoyable stay!

stayed two nights I called them 3 times to let them know about arrival time and they tried to charge me a no show fee. The breakfast was free and delicious but the African American lady who ran it both does was extremely rude. She hovered over you watching your every move and would get loud at you if you didn’t grab something how she wanted you to. She made guests and children scared to even attempt to go get anything. My two kids wanted to go swimming the pooo is not heated by the way. Our key wouldn’t work but had seen a birthday party reserved in the patio area so figured it was the pool to so we waited and went back later to check office staff said it’s not reserved and we could swim only the outside area was that these same people come and reserve outside on weekends and take over the entire area and over stay their welcome with trashing the area and disrespecting guests and staff but yet did nothing about it. So my two kids got in the water we were teaching them how to swim as I walked to lay our towels down on seats African American women from the reserved party came into the pool cursing saying she was gonna use that seat as we were the only ones in the pool area and they were outside. So she then got in the pool along with others and started aggressively swimming towards my daughter and talking about her which made my daughter scared. By far the most horrifying stay with harassment and rudeness from staff and guests.. do not stay here it’s ran by animals

We have enjoyed staying at this hotel before! The rooms are usually clean but the indoor pool (which is one of the main reasons that we book this hotel), is often closed or the temperature of the pool water is so absurdly cold to the point that I worry if my kids will get sick. Please fix the pool for good or close it for good so that customers don’t book this location for the indoor pool and then don’t get to use it or have to be in complete discomfort due to the freezing temperature of the water. This occurs so often that before booking it, I called the front desk person to make sure that the pool was working. I appreciate the employee being honesty. I was informed that the pool was open today but that they couldn’t confirm that it would be open for that weekend because it’s often closed or the water heater doesn’t work.

Great staff with a friendly and clean environment

The breakfast was surprisingly good. I normally hate continental breakfast but I was a fan of all of their options.
