The pool was dirty . It had our bodies itching

Whole place smell like sewer and fish. The kitchen sink wasn't working so I had to fix it to get the water to run. The toilet was clogged everyday.Our sheets had pubic hair on it from the last person.Wanted to swim but the pool was only 4ft. Horrible stay.

Very nice location near the city

My stay was decent overall, I just wasn’t a fan of the main entrance door handle. It was hard to open the door every time. My unit was by the back entrance and everything time someone came and went they’d let the door slam. Leaving the door to my unit to rattle really bad and it startled me every time.

I had a really great time staying here! Vince is a great communicator and made sure I had everything I needed. Nice guy. The place was very cute and cozy, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean and modern. The next time i’m in town I will definitely try to book this place again, it’s in a great spot in downtown, my concert venue was a short 6 minute drive. Don’t hesitate, try this place!

These rental units are very nice on the inside. You can tell them have remodeled and everything was nice and clean. The outside was not as up-kept as the inside but that didn't bother me too much. The communication and check in process was pretty straight forward and they responded to my emails quickly. I did have a billing issue where they tried to double charge my credit card, but after calling hotels.com it was resolved quickly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. The location is also great, right in the middle of everything.

This place was awesome! This was the second time we stay there. I stay with my 5 year old. We will be back next year.

I loved that they were no kids. Only adults and pets. Quiet and calm surroundings.

I have stayed at this property often. It's my go-to accommodation when staying in and around downtown Phoenix. Absolutely love this property.

Great last minute stay. Property was quaint and comfortable for my daughter and myself. Convention center was only a mile away and east to get to from this property. There was a pizzeria right on the corner and a yummy bar and grille. Would stay here again!

This apartment was very nice and quiet, having a pool was nice. The owner was very nice and always checking in to see how everything was going.

Everything was perfect, well equipped, clean and comfy, nice features, easy parking and access to other services and places downtown! I’ll wish to go back!

Overall, I had a great experience. Sometimes places with a non traditional check-in process can be confusing. This one was not confusing at all. The neighborhood was comfortable The apartment was clean and accommodating If ever back in Phoenix, im booking again

Excellent location - safe & walkable neighborhood. Super unique & very nicely updated exterior. Interior was definitely sufficient for 2 people. Very well stocked with just the perfect amount of essentials. This unit was clean, smelled nice, attractive decor and all around **perfect**. I loved that it had a gated entrance w/ keypad for safety. Keyless entry was easy. Vince was an awesome host. More than likely I will be back, as my daughter attends GCU and this is within close proximity to the college, and under 15 min drive to airport. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was that parking was limited to street parking, but it wouldn't be deal breaker for future stays. Go have dinner across the street at Cibo - highly recommend!

Everything was excellent. Clean , there were towels extra toilet paper . I will be going back again Kitchen utensils to cook. I loved it

Got to the hotel and doors were broken. Stood in a dark alley and a remote person tried to explain that sometimes the doors don’t work and you have to try multiple multiple times. Try explaining that to a 66-year-old woman who is standing in a dark alley and can’t get into her room. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

My refrigerator was leaking I almost fell coming in the room. The dishes was dirty.

Great stay, great price, and great location.

I stay here often and have stayed here many, many times within the past year. This review is probably not going to do me much good, because it's likely to make it more difficult to find an availability at this property, but these people are well-deserving of a rave review. This is without question, THE BEST place to stay in all of downtown or midtown Phoenix. It is impeccably clean. It is undeniably safe. It is peacefully quiet. It is modestly furnished, but very adequate for both long-term stay or short one-night stay over. The entire staff is polite, courteous, helpful, and communication is not only easy, but prompt as well. I will never hesitate to book and stay here.

Vince was great. From start to finish. I had a red eye flight and arrived at the property at 2:30am. There was a bit of miscommunication at first. I texted him at that time and within 15 minutes he responded and gave me the information to access the property. The studio was exactly what I needed. It was clean, with all of immensities you could possibly need. Perfect location with walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores. I will most definitely book with him again. He made my booking experience super easy and pleasant. I highly recommend !!

So much care and detail went into the unit I stayed in! Vince, the host, was always a text or email away for on-going communication. I loved the modern studio and it was spacious for just me. The design aesthetic and artwork were lovely. I enjoyed having the kitchen and it was ready for me to use. The wi-fi worked for me right away. I was able to walk to my conference, and enjoy dinner across the street at Cibo. What a great, walkable area. Late-March, the surrounding landscaping throughout the neighborhood was so beautiful. I did not have time to enjoy the pool. I did not have a car to park. Overall, I hope to visit again. And I even extended my stay an extra night without any problems. Thank you Vince & Isla!

This property was super cute and the owner was great with communication!

Wonderful, quiet, sparkling clean, secure, and comfortable place. Two really great restaurants are within one block! Great spot so close to the convention center/downtown that I walked everywhere. It has a full kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and despite being a studio, there is plenty of room including separation from the bathroom. Host communication was great as well.

My stay was without any problems. Vince was very great host and communication was clear and concise. Would definitely stay here again!
