Very good. The restaurant was good.

Stay was good! Check in quick and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Needed a band-aid but they did not have. Not the end of the world though. Only negative is that they only had one car charger and the person that was charging kept their car there even when their car was done charging. Their should be rules and a maximum time so others can charge Will definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and it's a stone's throw from Lake Leamy (and the casino, if you care about that). Definitely our new go-to stop in Gatineau from now on.

Everything was great - just the parking was tight!

We were with our daughter who had checked in hours before us. They gave her room key but next morning made it seem like she didn’t have the right to have been in this room! They implied she snuck in after it was cleaned, yet she had a key and came and went with it. It was only after my husband asked if their room included breakfast that they said no one was in that room! Yup- she was given the key. The would not look at the binder for paper she signed in with. Her credit card on file expired, but no one caught that. Was a misunderstanding but 1 staff member and manager handled this hotels errors very poorly. It was very upsetting!!

The hotel was good but the amount I paid (close to $300 per night) was too much for this type of hotel. I could have stayed at Fairmonth.

The best! Clean, fresh, relaxing atmosphere. The best sleep ever on a comfy bed. Everything is new and cozy!

Like: spacious room, location as close to lake/walks shopping, view of downtown Otta/fireworks, dv charger free, pool (small), . Don't like: no common/sitting lobby area, room had bad odor upon arrival,

Good location. Restaurants and shopping area are within few mins drive. Room was clean and with beautiful view. The restaurant breakfast was delicious, but no dining option during the nights I stayed.
