Pilibhit house was amazing from the warm welcome to the sweet departure. They had the special rituals at the hotel and we enjoyed the Navgraha Puja done by the priest. Felt so special. The dining room is very homely with excellent staff and service.

Pilibhit house is an oasis in the middle of the old city of Haridwar. The work done in restoring the old ‘lahore house’ is exemplary. The property backs up directly onto Ganga canal. The staff is amazing - some of the best we’ve seen across the world. And rooms are beautifully curated. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Its a beautiful property located on the Ganges bank with all the modern amenities. Hotel is working on adding a gym in late 2023. The staff are welcoming and service is first class. I truly enjoyed my time here.

Excellent place to stay at Haridwar. Everything was as mentioned on site and no mismatch in expectations. Property is absolutely clean and staff is attentive to minute details. Amenities at room too are above class as compared to usual 5 star rated hotels. Food options were great and each had it's own taste. Main staff at gate was absolutely kind enough to help in getting local commute. Package also includes activities such as yoga, ganga walk (Special thanks to Arvind for being our guide) etc and makes a wonderful experience. Will definitely visit this place again in future.

The hospitality and attention to details was so good. I have travelled a lot around the world and know that Indian hospitality industry is above and beyond any where else but this property and the manager Amit goes even beyond that . They were excellent in constant vigilance to our needs and keeping up the cleanliness of the property and food was excellent as well . We even tried Italian , indochinese and Indian and all of them were fantastic five stars 👍

Taj group is known for its great hospitality.But, this hotel pampers you to a different level. Amit, the manager of the property was personally involved in welcoming the guests to giving them a farewell. All the staff are extremely polite and are willing to customise services to your needs. And the hotel stands out for its ambience, cleanliness and great location. It has a private ghat where you can participate in Ganga Aarti and safely take a dip in the Ganges. They have some other activities befitting the place- viz. Guided morning walk on the bank of the Ganges, yoga session, navagraha Puja etc. Live music is also played in the lobby. The room is reasonably spacious and quite comfortable. We had a river view room which enabled us to enjoy the blissful view of the river and the landscape from our balcony.The TV in the room had subscription of all usual channels one watches. The restaurant serves only vegetarian food in line with the pious place. The food quality and the spread in the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. So we're the bakery items. There is a lounge at the ghat where you can sit in comfort with a book of your choice and the holy Ganges flowing besides you. The hotel has a welcome and a farewell ritual for its guests. Howsoever symbolic the gestures be, they set you in the holy mood of Hardwar Overall, a great stay- an excellent experience worth repeating.
