The location was great! The staff was engaging and enthusiastic. They were there to answer any questions we may have had. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Breakfast was not amazing compared to the same hotel chain elsewhere.

Staff was amazing from check in too checked out. They offered us cool water upon entrance and made our check in process a breeze. They handed us brochures and popular district areas to choose from while we were in town. Their breakfast has vegetarian options and are efficient in every category.

We did not enjoy getting a room that was not cleaned when we walked into the room. Then they said they would clean room immediately. That did not happen and management provided a different room that was clean already

This seems to be a fairly new hotel, nice room and spacious bathroom. Microwave, frig, coffee maker, in addition to free breakfast and a self-serve bar on site. Minus one star becauthe first room we were given, the door wouldn’t lock. The staff was quick to move us to the room next door, though. Very convenient to the nearby Livenation concert venue.

Terrific hotel! My son and I went to a concert at the amphitheater and stayed overnight. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and easy to access off of 264.

Great hotel! It was clean, staff was friendly, within walking distance to Town Center which has several restaurants choices and shopping. The mall is across the street from Town Center which was great also. 15 minute drive to the beach. Perfect location. Will definitely book here again!

This was the perfect spot for my short stop on my way to Florida. Easy in and out FREE parking, friendly staff, and very clean and comfortable rooms. Also, Virginia beach was only about a 15 minute drive. I highly recommend Fairfield Inn for the comfortable rooms, great staff, and easy parking. 5 stars for sure.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and spacious with complete amenities. The surrounding area are quiet and appears very safe.

It was very clean and smelled good.

The property and room was clean. Parking was amazing. The bed was very comfortable too. Cons - The toilet ran nonstop. The soap was out. When I advised the front desk, i was told housekeeping would replace it when they came in but he wrote down my room and out of soap on a piece of paper. When I came back 4 hours later, I was told housekeeping comes every other day and I could replace it myself.

It is a relatively new facility very clean and the staff was efficient and accommodating

The woman that checked us in was wonderful. Professional, positive and upbeat. That was a good beginning to a pleasant experience.

Clean and very convenient location.

We were not able to even check in- no rooms available due to the Shamrock Marathons EVEN with a reservation - told us it would be a long wait to possibly get a room, at 6pm when we arrived (check in started at 3pm) said they only had two housekeepers on staff and hopefully more people would check out to possibly get us a room- we booked this room WEEKS in advance for a family event. Truly believe they over sold/committed for the weekend to others that paid more money then the expieda rate- would give this hotel zero stars, and do not book if major event happing in Va beach - they had two moms with kids crying in lobby over this situation and our family drove 3 hours home due to no where to stay- at least thankful to Expedia for helping with the cancellation at no charge - seriously worst hotel experience ever
