I did not like that the room I had didn’t lock ( deadbolt). I told front staff and switch room and same thing.

Very good hotel, quiet, comfortable, well attended by the people who welcomed us, Donna was 100% friendly, the bad thing is that during the days we were there, the housekeeper did not come to change sheets or towels, everything else, VERY GOOD

This place was below average.Room was very small.The tub did not drain while taking a shower.The very tiny shampoo was half used up already.The carpet was sticky in spots.Dont go barefoot.The walls were paper thin.You could hear the person snoring nextdoor. The breakfast was not good.However, the AC was adjustable and very cold. There were many pillows that were comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was very polite and friendly. The facility was very clean and the breakfast was good. Other than the air condition being a bit loud, everything was great. I would recommend this facility to others. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Nice and quiet hotel. Close to the beaches we enjoy visiting.

My daughter and I arrived much later at airport in Destin on 8/24 than we were supposed to as a result of mechanical issues with our 1st plane making us have a 4 hour delay which meant our connecting flight had to be rebooked. To say the least we were exhausted from a very long day. Upon our arrival to the Comfort Suites @ Miramar Beach we were greeted by the amqzing Hotel Manager Donna and her very kind front desk man Russ. They could tell we had had a day and our interactions with them was like a warm southern welcoming hug. We have enjoyed our 2 night stay immensely and will miss Donna and Russ and all the friendly staff we've encountered. Highly recommend this hotel - the staff went above and beyond for us to have an enjoyable first 2 days in Destin!

Our stay was good, less than a mile away from beach, staff was good, room was nice and clean!!

I would give a higher review. The only thing I am not satisfied about is the hotel running my card a day before my arrival which I was not advised of. They authorized $200 for the first night they said to confirm the reservation. They charged me on Wednesday for the full stay of $400 and I was told the authorization for the 1/2 charge should fall off. Well it is now Tuesday and I still don’t have my $200 back. It’s been 3-5 business days and I am not happy about that.

NO HOT WATER!!The first 2 days then got switched to a different room and t.v. didn’t work

We arrived at 8pm for late check in and required soap and toilet paper for our room. The next morning when housekeeping checked at 9:30 am to service the room, we advised "nothing needed for the day". On Monday, we left at 9am and greeted the housekeeping staff member on our departure returning around 8pm to find our room had not been serviced. The only thing done was to pull the bed covers up to cover the soiled sheets that needed replacing. UGH.

Amazing Hotel with friendly staff. When my family & I arrived our keypad wasnt working and the staff made sure to take care of the problem right away. Everyone was friendly.

The room had a weird smell but otherwise clean.

My stay here with my family was great stay. We had an early flight in and were very exhausted I really appreciated that the manger let my family check in early, to me this is what great customer service is about. The room was actually nicer than the photos online it was spacious and cleaned very well. Beds are nice and comfortable as well. Breakfast was really good and very convenient. This location is not from the beach but you may have to door dash for food options in the area. I would definitely recommend or stay at this location again.

Nice place

Breakfast was good. Rooms are modernized. Elevator was very slow, it that fully there were only 3 floors. Key cards quit working twice. Towels weren’t ready at 4 in the afternoon on one of the days. Our dinner was delayed waiting on clean towels. We stayed 3 nights and reused what we could, but this was our last night, so we didn’t have any. It is listed on the booking, but just know that they do not have a pool. It was the 4th of July, but the quality did not match the price for 3 nights.

Fire alarm went of at 4:00 AM. Someone was smoking. I tipped house keeping to be sure clean towels…Very nice. I felt price was high for not having hair dryer that worked. No pool, One morning ran out of breakfast eggs & bacon. Towel bar broken.

I really enjoyed my stay. I booked the room last minute and it was ready within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything was accessible.
