The was very clean and well maintained. The location was great and very scenic. A great breakfast was included.

Amazing hotel with fantastic views. 5 minute walk to the bus and train station, which was great. We stayed in the chic rooms and looked out our windows at the Mountain View’s daily. Perfect place for us.

Property is well maintained and next to the Grindelwald Terminal station. Laundry facility is great. The room is tight but is clean and cozy. Will definitely stay here again.

close to terminal station, has guest card free to ride on local bus to Grindelwald. Good breakfast and value to stay. Only the lighting is not enough in the bedroom

Location very close to Grindelwald Terminal and Grund station. Very convenient location to access the train or bus if you are going to Jungfrau, Mannlichen, Grindelwald First, Klein Schengen, Pfingstegg and Interlaken , etc. Room is Very minimalist, clean and energy cautious. Bed is comfortable. Great foods and drinks serve by Eiger grill and bar on location. The breakfast is sufficient and fresh. Quiet and safe.

Great location to the Jungfrau/Eiger Express lift which is great if you want early start. So nice they offer breakfast with your stay, very convenient as there is not much around the hotel itself. Right by the river for your evening drinks. Grindelwald village/Main Street is about 20-30 min walk up hill to get to the train station so if you want to have more food options and a bit of shopping that is something to consider (I believe there is a train you can. take that gets you there as well). But overall we loved Grindelwald and the lodge - mix of hostel rooms and hotel rooms. Ate at the bar and grill most nights after days of hiking. Lovely staff.

The family room worked great for us. My only complaint was the shower was not private and got the whole room wet. Bad design. Everything else was great—especially the views!

Nice location and nice staff!

Fantastic family experience at this lodge right at the base of one of the most beautiful gondola rides imaginable. We could hear the river flowing day and night and it was calming and picturesque. The only knock was we were there during a very warm stretch of weather and not having a/c (very typical for most of Europe), was a bit uncomfortable - but we knew this location didn’t have it going in - so not a problem! The breakfast they had was also fantastic. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful and packing light required the ability to do laundry and that was really quite simple here. Fantastic spot all around.

Very nice property and people

Excellent customer services at reception, we stayed 3 nights and spoken with 3 reception staff, all were super delightful and thoughtful! Place was nextdoor to terminal station, convenient access to bus& train services. Room size is great (bigger than all the hotels we stayed in Italy) and room was clean, all public areas were clean too. We had a balcony which was great to chill out at night. The only downside in my opinion was no kettle, mini-fridge & air-con in chic rooms.

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. It got us a little away from the busy tourist noise in Grindelwald and allowed us to still have beautiful views and the sound of river putting us to sleep at night. The laundry on the first floor was a nice surprise as we were able to clean our clothes. Very clean and comfortable room. The only thing that would make it absolutely fantastic was if there was a fan in the room and a little fridge. It was pretty warm in the room all through the night even with the door open and the forage would have been nice to use for our food purchased from the store. Otherwise, this property was great and we would recommend it to anyone coming the this area.

The setting for Eiger Lodge Chic is absolutely beautiful! Rooms were lovely. No air conditioning. The breakfast arrangement was great, self service but then clear your own tables too to the kitchen and it was great to see that everyone was doing this. The bar man in the Grill next door was was lovely too.

Cute rooms that were modern. Convenient location to Cable cars and a quick bus ride into Grindewald. Rooms had a beautiful view of the mountains but were very very hot in the summer. Be sure to ask for a fan from the staff.

Amazing stay - great value for money.

Amazing stay- room was really spacious and whole place so well thought out. Bar and grill were spot on too and the views…wow!

Fast check in and out. Very convenient to bus and train, tram. Breakfast was good and had plenty of seats. Room was very nice and clean. Only problem was taking a shower water ran out of shower and in to the toilet area and my clothes got wet

Very convenient location to multiple lifts and the train. They provide an amazing variety at breakfast which was delicious. The views from our room were outstanding. Highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised for price paid. Rooms are a tid bit on the smaller side but efficient enough. An iron is please please something you should consider having in the rooms. Overall, it’s a very nice lodge

The hotel chic is modern and new, sharing amenities with a popular hostel. Adjacent bar/restaurant is a fun hangout to meet some locals.

This property has hostel and hotel style rooms. We stayed in the Chic building (hotel). The rooms were innovative and modern—great window coverings and sun/bug screens that’s adjustable.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed. Definitely will back again in the future.

Beautiful and cozy. This is a new building so it’s great to be in something in great shape. Located 15-20 min walk from town it has great views in all directions. There is a bar and grill next door which is very convenient ( saves walking ) and great prices. The only things that was definitely missing was Air Conditioning, room was very hot even with patio door open. The other would be a mini fridge so that you can store grocery items for when you heading out for the day to take hiking or an adventure as eating out is very expensive. Overall would recommend

Very friendly staff. Not a great breakfast and more if a hostel than hotel. Very expensive for what it is.

Close to train station. Basic family room with king bed (two twins) and also twin bunk beds. No shower curtain, not even an option for. Not sure what they were thinking since there were 4 people in the room. Needed a fan, staff was able to supply. Would be nice if there was more than 1 washer and 1 dryer.
