The property was nice, we enjoyed being right on the water. Check in was easy as we got there before 5pm. There is no housekeeping at all. No hand soap, and only a small container of shampoo and conditioner for a four night stay, the fridge was nice but the freezer part was broken and there was no ice machine on the property. We also found a cockroach in our room, a towel that was in our room also had droppings on it. We notified the office and was basically told “it’s expected” we were disappointed with the response, as I don’t think anyone should be sleeping where cockroaches are all over the rooms. We would have never booked this if we knew that going in! The pool was a nice treat with it being so hot.

I highly recommend Signature Villa #2. Avoid Villa #1. Villa #1 is the Standard Villa and it has 2 bedrooms, only 1 bathroom, a small kitchen and a small living room. No dining room. The Signature Villa #2 has 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The pictures don’t match up with the property you are renting. After you book your stay you need to confirm with the front office/desk that you are requesting Signature Villa #2. I didn’t confirm this after I booked our stay with Expedia. When we checked in we were given Standard Villa #1 not Signature Villa #2 that we paid for. They had given our property to someone else. We were very disappointed the first night. We couldn’t do anything because we checked in after the front desk closed. The front desk is not 24 hours. Any issues need to be addressed with the security guard that handles the phones until the front desk returns in the morning. The security guard is limited to what they could do. We were able to switch properties the next day. Avoid paying for the Wifi. It doesn’t work. We spent our time on the phone with the Wifi company trying to troubleshoot the Wifi. We explained our issue to the front and they kindly refunded us back the cost. Someone had occupied our parking space for our villa so we had to park in the overflow parking which was a bit of a walk to the villa. Other than that the stay was really nice and safe. I highly recommend staying here.

I wish I could give 5 stars because it truely has potential but it has some flaws. The 1st villa we stayed in the roof was leaking. They did move us with an upgrade right away but the 2nd villa also had a roof leak. There was mold on the wall in the loft but we really didnt need to use the loft and didnt feel like packing our things again. There were a few other issues but we just dealt with it. The staff was kind except for the maintenance guy. He was so rude and thinks he's mister big shot. The pool was nice and clean and the restaurant had amazing food and service. The property is gated with a security guard 24/7

We expected a lot more from the pictures of the property, it was really basic. Unfortunately due to the rain, we didn't get to swim not once. Then the first room we checked it had spiders all over the bed and the door wouldn't open with our key. Thankfully they accommodated immediately and we were moved to another basic room and just sucked it once we realized we were only going to sleep there. I went to New Orleans to celebrate my birthday and despite how it started and the rain, turned out to be decent.

Was a beautiful place to stay. Love everything about it. Love the bed and want to take bed home.

Great stay nice room good view

Staff was accomodating and friendly. We were very comfortable. Reasonable distance from everything. We had a great trip. I highly recommend them.

Didn’t know what to expect since it wasn’t a normal hotel experience and it was a villa. The room was a decent size for the two of us. The bed was amazingly soft! We slept like a baby. Was a very peaceful property and would definitely stay again!

The people at the RV Resort we’re very nice and accommodating, the area in general isn’t a safe area but it is what it is.

Definitely need a car to navigate on and off the property… other than that, EXCELLENT!

It was very different for me since it was the first I was in a villa near water. It was very nice inside and outside. The only thing is my group felt like we were hot while we were sleeping, but it is usually chilly during the day, so we had no idea how to solve that problem. Overall, I recommend!

Jeez, this is a tough one because I really wanted to like this place, but it was a bit of a letdown. Firstly, the pros: beautiful location, good service, and reasonable value. Unfortunately it was either so damn hot or wet that I couldn't spend any time outside enjoying the area. But there were a few too many disappointments. Not having room wifi was the biggest - in this day & age, it's basically a given and it shouldn't be necessary to wander up to the public area to use it or check emails. The room was tiny & was short on amenities - no chair or luggage rack (I had to put my suitcase on the floor each night!). The doors didn’t open or shut easily, so apologies to my neighbour for any slamming. Certainly not the worst place I've stayed, but I probably wouldn’t return.

Love being directly on the water. We had a GREAT time.

It was completely wonderful

The amenities were unexpectedly nice and easy to navigate through. It was less tgan 10 min.from anywhere in yhe Fremch Quarter and surrounding neighborhoods. . . The only drawback was that we had to use one of the trash cans to catch the rainwater that was dripping in the kitchen/ entry.

Nice and relaxing

Great value and very nice villa. Only took a few minutes to and from downtown. Far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city though

Save your money this place is a dump. Couldn't even stay all 3 nights. Dirty and Ac broken. Horrible management. And im not a picky person but this place is gross. Stayed in the Villaand had to be moved . second villa also dirty and Ac not working.

The stay was amazing!!!! From the staff to the room, the other guess, the distance to the party scene, the cleanliness was so amazing. If your a bed lover like me and my wife, omg that bed was amazing. It was soft fluffy and we enjoyed the best sleep in that bed than we have in a long time. And on top of that it was so quiet and peaceful. Clean, smell good. Being on water is me and my wife favorite thing to do and we loved the view. We are in New Orleans alot being that is my hometown but I never heard of that place. We are excited to say that we have found a spot for our every visit back home. Then it was a easy commute to everything, bourbon, canal and to see my family. So thank you Seabrook, we enjoyed the stay and we recommend this place to anyone. It's a family and friendly vibe there. Villa was great. We had a 2 bedroom & the price was very reasonable. The ceiling had a small leak from upstairs unit but it was dried up and didn’t interfere with our stay. My only complaints would be the water pressure for the shower was really low and the waitress at the restaurant/bar wasn’t very friendly- in a rush to get us out. Overall we were happy with our stay & would book again.

The wifi we paid for was spotty and mostly not usable. Television spotty as well. Other than that, everything else was good.

The location of the property was perfect. Far enough from all the madness of town but close enough to not take long to get to anything. The bar and restaurant was great. The hurricane was one of the best i had all week. This is a great place to stay. If there's more than 2 people or you need a little more room I'd recommend on of the bigger villas.

Very pleasant experience

Everything was fine. We`ve had wonderful days there.

Seabrook was close to the city (~15 minutes away) but far enough out to be quiet. The communication and hospitality from the workers was excellent. The room, campus, and pool were all very clean!

The property is very nice. Sea Brook Villas is actually a section of the New Orleans RV Park. We had a king room. The room was lovely. The balcony off the back of the room was fabulous. The whole property is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the river go by. There are birds, lizards, fish, and crabs to watch. The landscaping is beautiful. We didn't go to the bar/grill, but walked past a group who had some things from there. It smelled amazing. Checking in was awkward. I received a text to call when we arrived, but it seemed I only needed to pull up to the building. That said, the area for checking in is not labeled very well. There was no house keeping service, not even a refill of the coffee for the in-room coffee maker. We didn't mind, but the shop doesn't open until 8:30am, and we are early birds (6-6:30am). It was disappointing to not have coffee in the room while we were waking up. Had we known, we would have been prepared. The outside lightling of the bungalow our room was in did not work. This made it difficult for getting into our room at night. We made the office aware the first morning, but the lights never worked. Those are my very minor complaints. Beyond that, everything was fabulous. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Definitely recommend this place for your next getaway. Just bring your own way to make coffee, oh and hand soap (there was none in our room). 😉

The time we spent at the Seabrook Villa was great. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The view and surrounding property was by far my favorite part.
