The management was super flexible, responsive and understanding, even when we had to delay our check-in by a few days. We loved the property - it was in a great condition and the kitchen was very well stocked. All around, it was a superb experience!

The place was very clean and well-maintained. Only issue was that one of the pull-out couches was broken and the mattress had to be moved to the floor.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel and suite. Loved the convenience of the onsite rooftop restaurant and bar. The food and drinks were delicious. Being in the heart of downtown, very noisy throughout the night. Extra bath towels would have been nice. As well as instructions for use of the tv’s. Otherwise an amazing place to stay.

The unit we rented was a top floor and labeled as Penthouse Jr. Overall the unit was nice and will note the Pros and Cons below:
Pros:
- Clean
- Location
- Size of the unit
- Access to rooftop
- Good parking
- Shower was very nice
- Nice appliances
Cons:
- Communication we property: we send a email that said the contact email was "[email protected] Very bizarre
- Confusing to enter and exit the premises
- Bed frame sticks out 4 inches and I smashed my knees a couple of time to the point I put pillows on it
- The AC unit is next in the Ktichen / Living room area and turned on for 5 minutes, off for the same and then repeated. We had to put close caption on the TV because you couldn't hear the TV
- The shower racks were quite loose and coming off the wall
- View was disappointing
Overall, nice but not worth the money

Beautiful, clean and well appointed condo very conveniently located within walking distance to major attractions. Upscale and modern features in unit. Rooftop bar was a plus.

Accommodations for nice, perfect location. Plenty of restaurant an activities in the area all in walking distance. Could hear the people upstairs and next door a little.

Wonderful place to stay! It was walking distance to all the close restaurants and bars. Room was very nice and clean.
The only negative was that the bed mattress was too hard for my liking and uncomfortable.

There was a Restaurant on the roof, Safe elevator and room code. However, expedia never sent the email with the code so when I called the number to the actual Thomas Suites, a very friendly gentleman answered and sent me everything I needed and answered all my questions. We will definitely stay there again.

I stay in this building often for business. It’s safe and clean and modern. My only wish is that they’d add some room darkening curtains in the bedroom. The light in the parking lot makes it so there’s no blocking the brightness.

My family had an amazing stay at the property. I can’t believe the value, based on all of the space/roof top access that you get and the location. I immediately called the whole side of my family that is currently based in Florida, but grew up in Milton and told them I have our new spot for next summer! I highly recommend it.

Property is beautiful. So comfortable and clean. Location is prime and you can walk to many restaurants in 5 min or less and Plymouth Rock is probably an 8-10 min walk.

Great location and very nice accommodations. However, the walls are thin and we heard our upstairs neighbors until 2am. The downside of there not being a lobby or reservation desk means no one to assist with middle of the night issues.

Loved this property!!! Will be coming back. Very accessible & convenient. My specific unit did not have the best water pressure and the mattress was a little stiff (hard tempropedfic) but again over all loved!!!

The suite was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. We were unable to enter the building with the access code provided and could not get access to the roof top.

It just wasn't a pleasant trip. Showed up and my code didn't work. It took around 30 minutes to fix the issue. Then I got to the room and the heat wasnt working. Called and that too approximately 2 hours to settle, and the solution was to get moved to a different room where I was downgraded from a king to a queen. They say the difference will be refunded but haven't seen it yet. The icing on the cake was the wifi was out for the full duration of my trip. John was very accommodating and really nice, but overall too many things went wrong for me to rate it well.

It was fine. Wonderful location. This is not a hotel, so be advised about that and the lack of amenities that usually come with that, like a pool or a gym. It’s a condo property off- season and administered by a third party not present on the property but very responsive by email. I’m a dope about prices and can’t really opine on price comparisons between this and hotels. Anyway we were very pleased and enjoyed Plymouth immensely while staying here.

A great place to stay for a weekend getaway! Within walking distance of everything downtown. Sheets were already on the pull-outs (extra blankets would be nice) and they were extremely accommodating when an item was left behind. Would definitely visit again!

Property was clean and brand new. The location was perfect. Easy walk to all major attractions such as plymouth rock and directly across the local night life with numerous restaurants and most had bands in the evening. We did have a penthouse above us and you could hear quite a bit. From footsteps to music and conversations as they had a wedding party one night. But besides that i would highly recommend a stay here

The building AC doesn’t work.
Therefor they have a floor AC unit that works through the window in the L/R and nothing in the bedroom.
This makes for not great sleeps.

The property is great and close to the water but it is close to places that are very noisy and there were people staying there that played loud music all night. No one there to do anything about it at the property. I would not stay here again because of the noise factor from inside and outside.

This property is exceptional. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The location is key. You can walk to the attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The beach is nearby and there is a ton of entertainment in the summer.

Great place to stay, great location! Everything was very clean and maintained well. Had an issue with our code, but they were extremely prompt in dealing with it. Everything was resolved within minutes. Would definitely reccomend staying here!

wonderful apartment, bang in the centre on town, a bit noisy mind, you can hear people talking in the other rooms and the road outside is noisy in the evening but does quite down at night, would have liked a kettle in the kitchen

Convenient to restaurants, short walk to town and to see the Mayflower/Plymouth Rock. Room was clean/ modern, comfy couch. It was nice to have a full kitchen. The owner was responsive to all our questions and concerns.
