Everything here was lovely! The staff were kind, enthusiastic and helpful. The room was clean and had nice toiletries and even makeup wipes. Plenty of pillows and an extra blanket. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and even make your own waffles that were super yummy. The location is perfectly walkable to all the best spots in Plymouth. We loved our 2 night stay here and cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much!

Everything was clean, breakfast was perfectly fine for a continental, layout of the rooms is like an upscale motel which is interesting, wifi was fast

The water in the room was rusty colored and there wasn't comforters on the bed.

room 23! you can hear every footstep the person above you takes, and anytime someone walks on the stairs. the laundry room is next door and it sounds like the machines are against the wall. main laundry room is below this room. When the hotel’s washer(s) starts filling, it sucks the hot water from the bath/shower and the sink. Plymouth is an expensive place to stay. if this hotel was somewhere else, it should be about half the price they charge per night.
