Pretty decent hotel stay. Nice clean spacious king bedroom but Bathroom walls were dirty/stained.

Mary at the front desk this morning thanked me for staying with them. She noticed my Martha Jefferson (local hospital) sticker, said she hoped for a positive health outcome, and said if I needed to stay another night in Charlottesville that she would ensure I had a suitable room -- even if she "needed to move some folks around"! Room was clean, quiet, good quality towels and the window shade COMPLETELY blocked the morning sun, so no intrusive sunbeams to wake you before you're ready! Breakfast area has lots of seating, ranging from tables for 2-10 people (great for small or large groups without sharing) and bar-type seating facing the windows for non-morning (or unsociable) people. Everything was clean, with a wide variety of hot and cold food and beverages. BONUS: not one, but TWO kinds of gluten-free breakfast muffins!

The front desk staff were professional. The room was clean and comfortable. My only minor complaint was that the room was booked for five people but we needed to request additional towels and washcloths. Overall, the suite was adequate for our stay.

The hotel in total looked clean, the only thing was the bathroom was not very clean. It wasn't nasty, but it could use some bleach. The FREE breakfast was good.

No major complaints. The bathroom must of had a sewage problem, kinda smelled a little. Other than that it was ok.

Absolutely delightful experience. Mary at check in was a joy. The room was spacious and comfortable the kids loved the pool and we all loved the breakfast!

Hotel was nice. Very clean and the breakfast in the morning was well stocked.

Our hotel room itself was nice and clean, no issues. The hotel staff was wonderful - very kind and helpful. The hallway on our floor (2nd floor) smelled like urine - it was very strong and unpleasant. It seemed like perhaps it was from a pet and needs a good deep clean.

Mary at the customer service as well as others were extremely helpful and nice. Hotel rooms and the whole place have been newly renovated. Loved the set up and safe place. Convenient to Wawa right next to it. Excellent experience! Will come back again!

It was a lovely one night stay. The room was lovely and the staff were beyond courteous. I’ve never stayed at a Holiday Inn and this won’t be my last stay. So nice.

Only thing I didn’t like was shower only had too much hot water.

The facility was extremely well maintained. The staff was exceptional. I’ll be back during my next visit to Charlottesville!
