They allowed early check in with no issues which we were very grateful for as we had 3 rooms. The girl at the desk was very nice!

Very nice hotel. Rockaway is only an hour from Cape Liberty cruise port and there are tons of dining options near the hotel. Rooms were clean, nice size bathroom, friendly staff. I will stay here again.

I was amazed that there was no house keeping !
I stayed 2 nites and they didn’t clean my room ! I complained and there was no follow up . They said manger would write to me . No one did . I paid a lot for the room and unfortunately they didn’t clean them . So very upset .

The man at the check in went above and beyond he is an asset to this facility he was amazing. His customer service was over the top. Its very clean and very nice. I felt like a princess here!

Very nicely kept in a pristine location in greens. Staff is very professional and compassionate, specially the gentleman who mans the reception overnight.

Newly remodeled location. The room was great. Just a couple small nitpick items. There was no hairdryer. There was no tea in the room. Only coffee. The only real challenge was the height of the shower. I'm 4'10" and I could barely reach up to angle the head down. There were also no bars in or around the shower other than the door handle. The glass door swung open out and if you slipped the only way was down and out! Nothing to grab. I loved that they had body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall.

Service only got 4 stars because night manager was asleep and incompetent, to put it mildly. Hopefully has been reassigned, or will not be left alone to drive business away. Rest of the staff and service was great. We hope to return to hotel again, but will be calling ahead to make sure no problems with front desk and check-in.

Comfortable stay with a spacious, well equipped clean room with 2 Queen beds, abundant pillows and nice sheets. Enjoyed the breakfast options...including an array of nuts/seeds/granola, choc chips and dried apricots for toppings to cereals, fresh fruit, as well as eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, make your own waffles and breakfast juices.
The remote for the TV did not work, likely due to worn out batteries. It was replaced when the desk was notified of the problem.
I would love a gluten free bread or bagel option added at breakfast.
