Noticed that the Times hotels don't allow you to adjust the A/C to your liking. They only go down to 20° so if you like it colder then that, don't stay at a Times.

Great property BUT $270 and there is no continental breakfast ??? We have stayed here the last three years and it was always included and now it’s $12 per person extra. That’s way too much to ask when you have spent $270 already.
Great hotel, good staff, rooms are great but need to add the bread and coffee breakfast back to everyone who stays.

This is a good property, new, convenient and with nice rooms. The staff tries their best to make your stay enjoyable. The only negative is that you cannot control heating, AC and ventilation including temperature in your room?? You must call reception every time you want a change of degrees, this does not make any sense and is a real issue for guests.

Brand new hotel, very clean, spacious room. Walking distance from plaza across the street with everything you need.
Would definitely recommend and will be booking here every time I come back to Montreal!

It was a good experience but in the days we stood there non a single day they clean the room, we had to ask front desk for new towels. Not but so far we use the hotel just to rest.

Ac was dripping had to change my room at 1:00 in the morning not a nice stay not happy I complained got a free breakfast only bagel left with not even boiling water for my tea !
The price I paid for one night was absolutely ridiculous for what I got!
I regret going through Expedia that way I could’ve been reimbursed!

Easy access, Welcoming , very clean , recent construction.
Only one negative comment. For a recent construction I don't understand why low toilets were installed. Most customers will be adults and for seniors they are not easy to get off. Too low for comfort and use.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was a bit surprised at the focus on being environmentally friendly in regards to room cleaning, towel and toiletries, and HVAC. I would have brought my personal soaps. Having to ask for extra towels at the front desk was unnecessary when they could have been stored in the room.
It was a very clean and new hotel and thankfully quiet and private all day. A nice stay all said but maybe a little on the pricey side.
