We were very pleased with this hotel. Parking was reasonably priced, room was exactly what we wanted, food was very good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location for us. 10/10

Excellent staff bar restaurant and convenient for airport wouldn't stay anywhere else

Had an overnight stay. Checked in late and there were 2 people at the desk to help. No wait. Explained the hours of service for the restaurant and bar. The room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. Bus stop right out the door so it was easy to get there from Heathrow and into central London the next day to explore. Bars and restaurants in the neighborhood or a short bus trip down the street.

My stay at the hotel went well overall. When I arrived, well before the scheduled check-in time (3pm), the reception was very quick and efficient. Although my room was not yet ready, I was offered to leave my suitcase at reception and wait in a comfortable lounge with all the necessary amenities. The room was spacious and clean, with no unpleasant odours. The bed was particularly comfortable, which gave me a good night's rest. However, the shower head was too close to the wall, which made it a little uncomfortable to use. The only downside of my stay was the early morning noise: from 6am onwards, many guests seemed to be uninhibited, talking loudly and slamming doors. Of course, this was not a problem directly related to the hotel, but rather to the incivility of other visitors. Finally, the hotel has a large car park, which is very convenient, as well as a nearby bus stop for the city centre. It is also well located, close to the airport.

Stayed one night for Heathrow airport the next day, adequate facilities in the room and near the bus stop for the London bus going into the terminals. Was not offered transport at reception but worked it out myself anyway on maps how to get to airport. Bar and meals are available plus a buffet breakfast.

We stayed here the day before a flight. We arrived about an hour before check in as the traffic was good that day. The hotel allowed us to check in early (no extra charges) which I thought was very good. Hotel had a bus stop just outside of it which was convenient to reach the tube station. Very convenient for Heathrow airport. I would recommend this hotel.

Quiet, clean hotel with a simply connection to and from Heathrow Airport and Hounslow West tube station for the City of London using the local London city buses.

Staff were courteous and friendly. They accommodated my early check in request without issue. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and quiet. Would recommend if you need an economical hotel close to LHR and bus/tube service to London.

Very clean hotel, only downside is that only one elevator was working at the time we checked in and we had a lot of luggage’s. But otherwise very clean and well maintained also very close to airport which is a big plus

A terrible experience from start to finish, to have to navigate painters at the entrance, to a broken lift ( not idea when the wife has a broken leg and I have a knee brace) - even though I give them notice of by phone the day before. Upon checking in, we were met with meet with an extremely rude staff member, who had no personal skills to even have the right of being a front of staff. After, trying to reason with him, it was evident that he had no ability to facilitate to be empathetic nor professional. Once we received our room keys we waited further to use the singular lift that was operational taking over 15 minutes to get to the Floor upon our room was situated, Having to try to navigate the painters who are painting the hallways walls of that floor, Paint pots/trays On the floor near our room entrance. These fumes were overbearing and started Problems with my Asthmatic wife. Upon Entering the room, The smell was no better, The room was generally of poor standards, tired, poorly maintained and dirty in the bathroom. We are immediately booked another hotel and left notifying the reception of our intention and there was no reaction nor help in trying to redeem themselves, A total shambles from starts to finish.

Clean and friendly hotel without the frills.

The stay was uncomfortable, the room was cold, even after going to reception and requesting to up the heating in my room. The shower has hair in it from a previous guest I assume. The carpet floors were stained. Not enough cushioning in the duvet's for a warm evening.

Had to wait 7 min for the elevator 5 am due to only one elevator working

This hotel used to be a Travelodge and now become an Ibis. It is very well served by local bus services that take you directly to LHR Bus Centre at T3 and some bus routes even go to T5, which avoids having to pay for the expensive Hopper service. The room itself was basic but clean and comfortable enough for one night. Quite impressively despite being directly under the flight path, I heard zero airplane noise overnight and slept well.

Found it ridiculous that you needed a passport or driving license to check in, never needed to do this at any premier inn Travelodge or any other hotels I’ve stayed in, and to have it in the small print at the bottom of the email is also ridiculous, I was told I would have been turned away even though I booked and payed for the room in advance.

Upon arrival we were pleased with the amount of parking. There is a FEE to park at this hotel. The description under amenities just says - "Parking available" Was not happy the main elevators (2) one was out. When speaking with another quest, they had sad it was out the entire time for their stay, which was going on 2 weeks!

Ate in the hotel - they recommended a restaurant not far but decided I was too tired to walk so ate tgere - decent food.

The fish and chips was cold. It was under cooked. I asked for a refund

The stay was fine. Room not in the best condition. Carpet disgusting. Drinks in bar very expensive.

One of the lifts was out of order so it took 20 mins to reach the ground floor. The bed had a top mattress & my back felt it the next day. No support. This is a former Travelodge hotel & it shows. Location is ok as there is a bus stop outside to take you to the airport. Would I stay here again? No.

Room clean but carpet appeared to have been washed in one place and was wet . The air con is pre set at 19.5 and cannot be varied

Perfect location to stay for catching early morning flight to Heathrow. Check in was easy, room clean and service excellent.

I liked the room it had all the amenities like ironing board and kettle. The room was spacious. It was well worth the price, and I would definitely stay there again.

Staff very helpful on checking in. Room basic but clean and quiet. Bed very comfortable. Hugely convenient for getting to Heathrow early in the morning. The N9 night bus to Heathrow leaves from stop CS just outside hotel and is far cheaper than the Hoppa.

Comfortable beds with nice desk and work space. Carpets were dirty but rest was fine for the price. Breakfast options were very good and service was good.

We were too hot to sleep well. Our stay was based on catching up on sleep after an overnight flight. You need to let people control either the room temp, open a window, or choose the number and thickness of their blankets.
