Front desk was very nice and helpful. Overall the hotel was ok. The rooms are updated but it gets very loud and hard to sleep if you stay on the first floor. The front desk was able to offer us a room on the 2nd floor due to the noise.

The room was disgusting when we arrived. The sheets didn't look clean neither did the towels. The tub didn't work to use the jets either, and that's one of the reasons why I wanted that hotel.

Room doesnt even match the pictures, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, there was a crack in the bathroom door bcuz it looks like it was repaired but glued and screwed back together, the male front desk guy so rude. Bed was sinking in, headboard was dirty, their sheets had stains it was clean but still noticeable stains.

For last minute and pricewise, it was excellent the first room. The door was enclosing so the staff members upgraded me to a bigger room, which was nice but didn’t Like that, it still had female hair on the pillow trash underneath the other lounge seat

The room felt like a motel and shower head was updated but everything was rusty or dirty looking. The walls were dirty and beds were extremely low and firm. There were men outside of the rooms and it made us uncomfortable as two females traveling alone at night. For the price I paid the pictures didn’t match and it was my birthday I was disappointed. I could have went to motel 6 for cheaper. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was dirty, it stank of cigarettes, the bathroom had water everywhere, clearly someone was there that day and they didn't clean the room after they left and they rented it to us like that. Worst place I have ever stayed. The room definitely doesn't look anything like the picture they show you online.

This property was showing a totally different appearance on Expedia when me and my friend got there we like know it was nasty dirty homeless people around I did not feel safe

Arrived at the property and noticed the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped, in the bathroom the corners were dingy and full of dirt so you could tell that it really wasn’t clean. The shower floor felt smoky and gross like the floor hadn’t been cleaned. The shower water smelled like sewer. There were people arguing outside our window in the evening. What made us ask for a refund at 2 AM was two tiny little bugs crawling on me while I slept and woke me up. Not sure if they were bed bugs but I don’t know what other tiny little bugs would be crawling on ur in our sleep. Then a few minutes after that we saw a big spider hanging in the corner of the wall. The only good thing was the fact that they allowed us to have a refund so we could leave.

The presidential suite was very relaxing especially the jacuzzi. We stood in all night watching movies in this nice quiet place. Perfect if u want to get away for a while and very romantic.

The facility looks like a Motel that was half way renovated into a Hotel. Guest park their vehicles directly in front of the room door. The room is basic, but housekeeping needs to do better with cleaning. The wooden floors needed to mopped and there was rust on all handels and fixtures. The bed had a curve in the middle, where it literally sinks the body slightly in. They do have a flatscreen tv with apps to watch shows. The jacuzzi tub needs to be bleached down and ports sanitized. Long strands of hair were left in the shower drain upon check-in. Lastly, the AC units are old and built into the wall where the back side is visibly hanging from the outside of the room. In sum, if you need a spot to crash for one night it could work, but this is definitely not a vacation spot for long term use.

First room they gave us had insects flying all over after killing several of them and AC not cooling down we got a room change.
Second room had no insects but cleanliness of rooms is not great, lots of stains on wall and lots of areas where dusty and not cleaned.

The room was dirty. Stains on walls, rust mark in the shower, bunch of hair captured by the entry door seal had velcro too and it was full of hair bundles. Towels were thin as if it was beaten up from wash/bleach, it didn't feel clean. Soap and lotion dispensers were not operable and half filled.
