The room was exceptionally nice as was the whole Hotel. Nothing to note negative.

Couldn’t hook up my game system only disappointment

Very nice except when we checked in we went to our room and it had not been cleaned so we had to go back to the front desk and wait while they found us another room.

Accommodations were excellent. Breakfast was good. They were quite busy and had difficulty keeping up with restocking, but food choices and quality were good. The valet service was disorganized. Cars trapped in.... So I just recommend you give yourself enough time to stop at the valet and to have them get your car.

We stayed for a week in one of the studio suites. Upon arrival it was clean and was greeted and checked in quickly. Used the Valet service the first night and parking structure parking the other nights. The only downside is there was no automatic refresh of the room during our entire stay and we had to ask for extral towels at least twice. Also would be good for breakfast to end at 10 am instead of 9 am. Overall would return.

Loved it here. Only thing was the pungent smell when you enter the lobby. But the moment you enter the rooms you don’t smell it anymore. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Bed was hard as a rock, great room thought breakfast was lacking food option's and the fruit flies where enough for us to just find it else where. No pool was a bummer as well.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The suite was large and just enough space for a family of 5! The gym was the largest and nicest gym I have seen in a hotel. The only bad part was there was free breakfast, but there was only 1 staff member and she couldn’t keep up with clean plates and filling the food.

Great location. The property backs up to the Mud Hens minor league baseball stadium. You also have a great view of the Maumee River and the bridges that span the river. Downtown Toledo has made some fantastic upgrade! The hotel is clean but for some reason they never mop the elevator floors. You cannot be dog friendly and not mop the elevator floors frequently.

The room was especially great. Large, roomy, good view, good setup. Felt like a condo living experience. Staff was great! Had a slight issue with the leaky refrigerator and broken curtain rod. But the staff was on it immediately and did the best to fix the issues. My wife and I will definitely visit again.

It couldn’t have been better. Clean and roomy. In a great part of downtown Toledo. As a matter of fact, we are coming back to the hotel in August.

Close to a baseball park and concert venue/arena.

Great location with lots to do with walking distance. Room had an amazing view , was clean , spacious , comfortable and quiet. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

Property was clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant Assembly was very good. Great view from the room was ruined because the windows weren't clean. The breakfast wasn't any different than other facilities at half the price..

Conveniently located to Mud Hens stadium and Huntington Place. Easy checkin. Room was clean.

The room was great and view was awesome.

This property is beside Hensville Park and is absolutely perfect if you are going to a MudHens game or event in that area. We self parked in the garage under the hotel for $15. Rooms were clean and had amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hairdryer, iron board). Keurig Coffee maker with pods for coffee/ decaf and tea. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in a walkable distance. The breakfast buffet was well managed and restocked. (Eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, French toast, Hashbrowns, baked goods, cereal, oatmeal coffee & juice etc). Hotel gym was clean & well equipped. My main issue was check-in. We arrived after a very long drive at 4pm (check-in is 3pm) and room wasn’t ready. Seems like an insignificant issue but in our case it this was really frustrating. Staff were apologetic but we simply had to wait.

We requested that our bed be made and trash emptied when we returned it was not done.

Had a great stay at the property it had great service. The view of the river was great along with downtown. The doors closing in the hotel were very loud.
