Great staff service, super location gray Hotel overall.

Did not give a 5 star because it was no the head drier and tv volume was broken Also breakfast was not as good as last time i was at this same hotel

Great hotel, clean rooms, modern, spacious and comfortable rooms. Good amenities. Delicious and copious breakfast. Great location to visit the city. Next to a mall with lots of great restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint was the check in, which was long and unfriendly

Not at all as described. Hotel smelled of animal urine and covered in hair. Absolutely ZERO amenities and very noisy. Told we could check out after the first night and pay a one night fee for cancellation, then had to spend the next week trying to contact again to get ACTUAL REFUND APPROVAL. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Beware the advertising. It shows a nice gourmet meal but in reality they don’t have a restaurant or room service. I explained at the front desk that these amenities were important for my stay and since I was misled I would need to find an alternate place to stay, this was on the first night. The hotel personnel said that according to the contract I couldn’t check out the next day and would be charged for a total of 3 days. I felt 2 days was fair but reluctantly agreed to 3, my full stay would have been 9. When I went to checkout a new person was at the desk. It took at hour explaining the situation again only to hear they had no means to credit my card right away and that it would take 15 days. I had them print me all receipts including the proposed credit now a month and a half later I still have not received my credit.

Everything was great but we totally missed to have room service or at least coffee at the room.

I HAVE STAYED ON ABOUT 5 OCCASIONS IN THIS HOTEL, I HAD NO COMPLAINT, BUT THIS TIME, THEY TREATED ME VERY BADLY, THEY DID NOT HELP ME CHECK INN EVEN 15 MINUTES BEFORE 3 PM, THEY DON'T LET ME SEAT IN A RESTAURANT WITHOUT CONSUME, NO THEY HAVE COFFEE OR WATER, THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY INDIFFERENT AND DO NOT HELP, MY TRIP WAS EMERGENCY FOR MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AND THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT HELPING ME REGISTER OR LET ME HAVE LUNCH, ONCE I ENTER THE ROOM, THE BATHROOM SHOWER WAS LEAKING AND THEY NEVER FIXED IT , AND DESPITE ALL THIS AND TALKING TO THE MANAGER, HE SIMPLY EXCUSED AND APOLOGIZED BUT HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. TERRIBLE ATTENTION. THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL.

I enjoyed the dining and shopping in the area. The property was well situated in a very upscale part of Bucaramanga. The staff was very friendly, and professional. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast service. I would recommend this hotel in Bucaramanga Colombia.

I was pleasantly surprised with Hotel Bari Bucaramange. I arrived later than expected and was received. The staff were attentive to my needs from the moment of arrival. The breakfast was over the top, the selection of fruit changed daily, with fuits from the region.

This hotel is a Scam!!! We did our reservation, everything ok for our family trip, when we arrived to make the check in, we were informed that the hotel had a problem and they sent to us to a different and half price hotel near by, with no more explanation. They never contacted us beforehand to let us know that something was wrong, so we can decide what to do. They registered us in a cheaper hotel, far feom our expectations and quality desired. We had a room almost no window, smaller and very noisy. We didnt get back any refund or compensation for what happened. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! They ruined our only night in Bucaramanga.

The stay was good but the bed and pillows was very uncomfortable the bed is hard and the pillows were tired and flat. Other than that it was fine.

We arrived after 15:00 (the check-in time), but our room was not ready. When we finally got it, it was clean inside, but the handrails on the balcony were covered with dust. The breakfast service started at 7:00, but there was little food and limited options then. However, the following day, we went to breakfast later (around 9:00), and there were more options for food, including local dishes like tamales, and also the omelet on request was available (it took a considerable time for preparation, though). There was no coffee machine either; the coffee was brewed ahead and served from a thermos - so it did not taste like real Colombian coffee. The good bonus was free parking, but it was challenging to get there from the hotel (you have to switch different elevators to get there).

good service but the first day of arrival the room did not have running water, a couple of days some mixing bath tower, and one day they forgot to clean the room , in resume was a good stay

A great place for the price everyone's always kind located close to many restaurants and shopping malls and very vibrant nightlife all within walking distance no more than just a few minutes away.

A great place to stay if you visit Bucaramanga for a day or two.
