Best property during my stay in Spain. I arrived early in the morning knowing that check in was at 3pm. I alerted and they had the room ready. Check in was very smooth and easy. The location is in a very walkable distance to all monuments including the Alcazar. From the train station to the place it was a 17 minutes walk. This is a highly recommendable place to stay in Granada.

Help us out a lot by being available due to a last minute cancellation by another place. They walk us thought the check in process to make it faster because we are are so tired dealing with the cancellation from another hotel.

I loved my little apartment, felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, central to everything.

Excellent communication and very easy to check in with cardless entry of front door and room. Very spacious and clean and plenty of amenities in the room, including a kitchenette. Spacious bathroom, room and living room. Grocery across the way and plenty of bars/cafe nearby.

A really excellent property at affordable price - wonderful location, comfy and cool in hot weather and near all the best attractions; walkable to most. Host efficient, prompt and helpful with any query. I hope to visit Granada again and would come back to this property.

Great layout and well equipped. The location is perfect: close to the action, but removed enough to not feel overly hectic. The staff were super friendly and responsive to questions.

Truly beautiful apartment. Very clean, large and comfortable. The street is perhaps a little loud, but the location in central Granada is great.

Great location!

Good: Spacious rooms, Comfortable bed, fresh linens, blackout windows, keyless entry, good shower pressure, strong a/c, finishings are modern, convenient location. Clean shower room. Cons: I had privacy issue with bathroom windows as there were no blinds but used a frosted window with gaps because of the lettering design. I could see the neighbors across and they see into the shower room and toilet. Very bizarre since all other windows in the place has blackout doors for the windows. Unfortunately my unit was next to the laundry room and could hear noise from people doing laundry until 1am and early as 5am. Some hairs found throughout, dirty utensils, and floors not cleaned thoroughly. If you go barefoot you will realize it. Minor: No coffee machine. Body wash was empty but I brought my own.

Nice sized apartment. Lofty ceilings with recent renovation, but original tiles floor. Good communication with property manager over WhatsApp. A great headquarters for our 3 day in Granada

Great location in the heart of the old town.

As other reviews have stated, really excellent location with lively bars/restaurants nearby and very walkable to attractions. A grocery store across the street was also helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful, with a good view, and well sound proofed / quiet, with blackout window coverings in the bedroom. Really no complaints at all :)

Absolutely loved this place! Would definitely stay again. Luis was a gem, very accommodating and very prompt with communication. The property itself was excellent, modern, very clean and every amenity was thoughtful. I loved the digital access to property and apartment. 2 things I thought could be better, no wash cloth provided (but that may just be a European thing) and there was a little mold around the shower drain. Very small things, and would not prevent me from staying again.

Excellent Apartment Hotel. One of the best apartment hotel I stayed in. Quiet well maintained clean friendly and secured place. It is in the university area halfway between train station and center of town. 15 mins walk to train station or 15 mins walk the opposite way to the attractions at the center of town Many Tapas bar and cafe nearby. Apartment has separate living/ kitchen area and a bedroom. Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Has a cooking hotplate, microwave and fridge. Plates, cutlery, pots & pans and toaster provided. Big screen TV. Luis was helpful explaining things to us. Go to the San Agustin market for excellent lunch choices

The property was a very pleasant surprise for us. It is the perfect balance of good value, great location and a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, receive tons of sun and the lighting is good enough for both working and for reading/relaxing. It was our first time staying but hope to repeat it again in the future.

Excellent location close to the cathedral. Walking distance to the river and Albaicin, tons of shops, bars, and restaurants. Gorgeous accommodations, comfortable, quiet, safe. We loved Granada. Get your Alhambra tickets in advance and don’t forget to bring your passport to the palace!

We were hesitant to book an apartment, because we normally only stay in hotels. We were also hesitant because we had to register online to get our code to get into the apartment. Then there was an issue with my credit card, so we called the hotel and they were more than gracious. Louis was there to greet us when we arrived and completely walked us through the process. It was painless. We are so grateful for his help. It was raining the day we arrived, and we were going to go for a walk. Louis graciously offered us the use of his personal umbrella. Location of the hotel is perfect. There is literally a grocery store at the end of the street. During our stay, we also had to book a couple of trips, and Anna at the front desk helped us immensely. She hooked us up with Francisco, who drove us from Granada to Nerja. He was a wonderful driver and we appreciate the help from Anna. We also had her help us with a couple of other communication issues with a local telephone company and her help was wonderful. I can’t say enough about how great this accommodation and staff are. Overall a wonderful stay

This property was amazing. We loved it very much. It’s super close to everything and the staff are amazing.

This place felt like we were coming home. Convenient location for accessing the various neighborhoods. There is a grocery store to the left of the front door and 2 blocks from the Gran Via making public transportation a simple process.

Amazing place near to pretty much everything you need to see in the city central. Very clean place, easy to get to. Communication was great as well.

After 4 weeks on the road, a hotel room was just not enough. A living room and a small kitchen to be able to stretch out was just what we needed. Super clean and bright, minutes from the cathedral and steps to everything you need with some great tapas stops nearby. King sized bed which is a must and pet friendly to boot. I highly recommend this stay.

The property is very clean, well located, the host has a easy communication and make everything to make us felt in home. Certainly, if I come back to Gradada, I will make my reservation in Mosaiko again.
