It was close to all this things we have to do in our trip.

It was very unique but decor could use a slight upgrade.

We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses.

The family and i had a great time. Aside from s few minor set backs. Time bottom bump bed was a little broke before i got there. The master bedroom door wouldn't close but i fixed my self. Other than that amazing weekend

Not your typical hotel. We received all instructions and checked in and out through a link. Which was convenient for us. The covered parking was great because it rained that weekend and with little ones it was no hassle. The apartment itself was very spacious and in excellent condition. Everything was clean and organized. No opening all the drawers to find things since everything was labeled. Cons: Our only issue was that the box spring on the beds were very noisy. Everytime we turned or got up the bed would squeak. The pull out bed in the living room hardly had a mattress. We didn’t use it as it was too uncomfortable.

Wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and great value for money. When we are in the area next, we will stay again. Communication and instructions were great.

Very rough and stinky property. No benches, no trash cans outside. No signage anywhere. Everything smelled terrible. No windows that open barely at all. Hallway smelled bad as well as the unit. So very bizarre and stinky. Not a hotel. More of an old folks home with apartments available.

This property is fun and quirky. My kids thought it was like Hogwarts and loved the library and game room the most. We had the Presidential Penthouse and the view of GR was awesome. It is huge and more than a family of 4 needed but so much fun.

This was an easy stress free place to stay. Loved everything about it. Will stay again!

I loved the ambiance most! Unfortunately, working midnights, I was unable to take advantage of the amenities. However, the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and accommodating. My only disappointment was the bed itself. It was hard and very difficult to sleep on. I would have moved to the second room, but I didn't want to make more work for housekeeping since I was the only occupant. As a travel nurse, working 12-hour 3rd shifts, my only interests are good sleep, safety, and silence. This place was able to meet 2/3rds of my high priority items. I would return in the future, but not during a work contract.

Pool was shut down. Kids couldn't swim, which was main reason of going. No receptionist. Hard to find your parking spot. Early check out time and expensive. Will not stay again or recommend. The place is an absolute maze.

Our family enjoyed exploring this immense property. Our apartment was very spacious and we enjoyed have indoor parking.

Hubby surprised me for my birthday. A very unique looking apartment building/space. The grounds and inside of actual building could use a little TLC, but overall, the apartment itself was clean and spacious and I ADORED the decor;) The pool is a bit far away, however, and closed at 10pm so we weren't able to enjoy the pool, being that check in was at 4pm, and then our dinner reservations. Overall, unique and lovely space.

Everyone agrees that the beds were extremely comfortable. We would love to know what the sheets and mattress brands are. We had a good time. The penthouse was fun to stay in. The games room was a disappointment. Worst part was when a Karen that lived there gave us trouble at the pool about of chair usage. Overall we had fun. Probably more fun for little children.

I will start off by saying that our actual apartment and the pool area were great. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. We appreciated that greatly. Other than that, this rental was really awful. Not getting a check-in email in a timely manner really started our reservation off badly. We received a text with our codes, but without an email we had no idea of anything else. After a long day, we spent almost 90 minutes wandering around, talking to residents, trying to find our room number and where to park. Our six year old was in tears and starving for dinner. Since it was a Sunday evening there were no employees to be found. The door from the parking garage to the elevator did not open and close properly and we had to throw our whole body on the door to open it. The elevator was very quirky, buzzing, opening and closing up to six times after every stop. The hallways reeked of dog urine from what I can assume was due to poor dogs waiting on stalled elevators. Our eyes were literally watering from the stench. The carpets in front of and in the elevators were soaked with dog urine and spots everywhere. We arrived home our second night to a letter on our door from the property accusing us of smoking Marijuana on our balcony (which we absolutely did not). We will absolutely not stay here again.

The property was beautiful and the room itself was clean but the hall leading into the building and the hall on the first floor smells awful. It smells like dog urine.

Staying in a castle was cool! The pool, pond and area around was really nice. The apartment was cute and set up nicely! The elevator really needs fixed.

We arrived at the property without access instructions (to be received thru email/text) so we stayed outside while reaching out to the property owner. The response was quick so it's great. We love the room. Simple yet cozy and clean. For someone like me who gets away to relax and detoxify the mind, I love their concept of not putting a tv inside the bedroom. Plus plus for that!

VERY clean well-kept property; close to many interesting things to do in Grand Rapids/Holland, MI. Mitten Housing was easy to work with.

The castle environment is pretty cool! Excellent location, excellent rooms, great property!
