The room was clean and freshly painted. It was a great color. Attention to detail would have made it a little nicer, but overall, it was a fine room.

I booked two rooms through Hotels.com. When I arrived, only one room was available. This was problematic since we had 6 people. We made the best of it, but it sounds like there was a disconnect between hotels.com and the actual motel.

The bed was large and comfortable, but sheets were a bit small. Could tell the property was not in optimal shape, but repairs could be seen on wall trim, ceiling, floor, etc. Shower was hot and standard supply on soap, shampoo, and conditioner. A bit more care in cleaning cobwebs in corners the AC filters is needed.

Older motel with recently refurbished rooms. Our room was large and clean, with nice soft pillow top beds. Our only complaint is that the housekeeping probably wouldn't have cleaned our room unless we went late in the afternoon and asked them to do it (we were there 2 nights).

I had changed my booking and instead of following that they gave me the higher priced room. The tv situation is ridiculous with not having local channels and they say you can use your streaming but the way the tv is set up you can't hook anything up without yanking the tv off the wall. The door did not close without slamming it. There are 2 chairs one being a desk chair but no desk or table. Would not stay there again or tell anyone to stay there.

Enjoyed our stay; can't wait to come back. The bed was amazing. The room (102) was clean with easy access from our parking space. The air conditioner worked perfectly. Our service dog felt very comfortable in our room. The manager was friendly and helpful. Our Google Play did not work on the TV (not sure if by accident or by design), but everything else was great.

Inexpensive, well kept on the outside, comfortable clean beds,drapes and doormat,but walls, ceilings, doors needed a serious coat of paint, 1 chair and a filthy clothed bench seat, and a shower/tub unit that looked like it was in the junk yard and threadbare towels that were once white. I hope this motel is a work in progress because it has potential.

I believe several rooms are rented out by the month for people living there and a lot of traffic coming in and out all night long.

For as cheap as it was I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The gentleman who checked me in was nice and helpful when I called with a question. The room was really cute and love the big fridge better then the usual mini fridges I would stay again

Our room seemed to be remodeled. It was nice and cozy. The front desk gentleman was polite and respectful. Overall a good stay for the price.

Likes: numerous fast food places across US-40/E Main St, but no pedestrian crosswalks close by. Kroger & Meijer grocery stores within bicycling distance. Quiet, except for a homeless(?)/mentally deficient person speaking loudly at 4 am; walls are quite thin. Dislikes: numerous gouges in walls that need to be filled & painted over; reverse side of bathroom door (where housekeeper most likely doesn't check) needs cleaning & both sides need repainting. Other than these minor things, I will stay there again if I'm in the area.

Staff is great, feel very safe at this location, beds sleep well, and room was clean. Located near stores and restaurants. Just needs minor details fixed, but overall nice stay. We have been here twice in the past months and are returning soon for wedding/reception in the area.

This was a nice, clean, extremely affordable place to stay for several days while visiting Indianapolis. It seemed to be more of an extended stay type place, than a regular motel - it had a larger fridge & microwave, which was nice for me. The outside isn't new, but it's kept up and the interior was renovated. Clean inside and all the hot water I wanted. All the other guests were extremely polite.

First room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom had mold on the walls and partially painted. Toilet seat was completely off. I changed rooms and room still smelled like cigarettes (not as bad). A lot of strange looking fellows around. WiFi is bad.

This is an older place, but it was quiet and comfortable. There are restaurants and fast food places all within close proximity, so it's in a convenient location. The only issue I had was the floor (all wood or faux wood) didn't appear to be mopped. I walked around barefoot and my feet got gross. Other than that, it was a nice stay and I'll stay there again next year.

Unpleasant odor in the room. Mattress was soft/broken down. All hardware had been torn from the bathroom walls. No security safety chain/bar on the door.

Motel was easy to find. Safe location, quiet guests, no issues, shopping plazas, mall and good restaurants nearby. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice tv and staff friendly. Will book again.
