This house was perfect for our large group! Great open space in the kitchen & dining area. Huge deck was a plus for outside seating. The lake frontage is a bit narrow for navigating boats but a good spot for kayaks. Great central location in town & on the lake!

Wonderful location on the lake for a lake weekend with friends. Communication for check in was easy and the property was clean, convenient and lovely. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfy!

Home was perfect for us. There nine of us and we had so much room. The location was excellent, having the dock and lake Hamilton so close and yet close to shopping and restaurants was a plus!

House was clean, great location, and everything we needed was there!! Fun stay! We rented a pontoon and used the boat dock also!

The pictures actually don’t do justice. This home is so beautiful and spacious. It was a perfect place! Kitchen was well equipped! The deck was peaceful! The beds were all so comfortable! Location was amazing well! Highly recommend!

The best part about our stay was how great the communication was with the owners! The house was so spacious and perfect for our group of 8. Loved hanging out on the huge porch in the evenings, being able to eat at the big dining room table together, and how we all fit on the couch for movie night/games! Quiet neighborhood and right in the middle of everything you’ll want/need in Hot Springs. 10/10.

We booked this house for the eclipse and shared it with another couple. It was perfect. With 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 down) and 2 1/2 baths, we had plenty of room. There are plenty of TVs and DirecTV for those few minutes when you are not out enjoying Lake Hamilton or Hot Springs. The wifi was great too. The kitchen is well equipped with even coffee pods for the Keurig they have. The decks out back provide a great place to relax and enjoy the views of the lake and the end of the inlet. I highly recommend this house, if you are headed to Lake Hamilton.

Absolutely love the house. The house was so layed out perfect. The rooms were very spacious. I love the living room. Absolutely love the house. To add the house was very well located for our event that we had at the Oaklawn track. I will be coming back very soon.,

The house was as advertised, it was comfy, and it was very centrally located to any sort of entertainment we’d like to visit. The owners were very responsive and patient. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Arkansas thanks to Randy and Robyn.

This home is in a good neighborhood off the lake. Plenty of room indoors and outdoors to have a larger group. Everything was clean and ready to go. Would recommend this home for anyone to stay at. Thank you for a great stay.

This house was perfect for our annual retreat - spacious, plenty of comfortable beds, gorgeous views, and yet close to restaurants and shopping. The host is very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We'll be back soon!

The property was great. It was very convenient for getting to festivities on Central Ave and the fenced in backyard is a major plus for dogs!

Had a great time at this beautiful lake house. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds very comfortable and the house very clean. Although the house is on a small channel, there is still a great view of the lake. The host was available prior to arrival and throughout stay. Everything was perfect! We hope to visit again!

The home was perfect size for our family to spread out and finish up wedding details, then relax after the reception and day after! I was surprised at how large the living room and kitchen/dining areas are. We loved the large deck also! We were able to stream Husker Volleyball’s outdoor game at Memorial Stadium last Thursday also! There was plenty of space for all of our family members to relax.

We had a great time. The house is spacious and it had everything we needed. We specially enjoyed the deck and the island near by, where we got to see a family of eagles flying by.

We stayed in the home with eight of us three of them between the ages of 14 and 18. Everything was great. We had the patio with fire pit. We were able to charcoal grill a couple of different nights. Everything we need it was available. Everything was clean and so comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful long weekend with college sorority sisters as a perfext midway spot for Oklahoma- Texas - Tennessee. This lake house has a beautiful deck so the all the amenities. Everything was perfect for the 7 of us. Plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms for everyone!! The hosts were very responsive. All of us highly recommend this place for friends of family gatherings!!
