very nice room, great location close to big supermarket and the centre, and a very well equipped kitchen for self-catering, bathroom lovely and clean.

wifi wasn't great, so streaming (ie. Netflix, 4od) rarely worked well probably because people were all trying to do it at the same time. People upstairs from us were banging the door at 7:30 am and had an alarm on, and the ceiling was quite thin so we could hear them walking around (not the hotel's fault, just unfortunate)

Really comfortable bed and spacious room. They even kindly provided a travel cot at my last minute request! Really recommend :) lovely huge bath and fully stocked kitchen!

Parking is a bit fiddly but wouldn't put me off staying again.

The beds were comfortable and it had a good coffee machine with some complimentary pods. The location is walking distance to Harrogate.

The apartment had a musty smell throughout, particularly in the main bathroom. The tap in the main bathroom was broken. There were only 3 towels for 4 people. The wooden floor was poorly fitted, gaps in places and very creaky and noisy. No dishcloth or tea towel. Issues with one of the shower controls and remote control for main TV. Cobwebs in the rooms and it had not been dusted in places. Overall tired, worn apartment, not good value for money. Disappointing.

What a great apartment for a break in Harrogate. The bed was huge and very comfortable The shower was probably one of the best we've had for a mini break Inside the apartment there was everything we needed and best of all it was very dog friendly ! From start to finish the customer service was easily the best we've experienced honestly we couldn't have been more impressed !!! The kitchenette was brilliant for what we needed and Dragon Villas is located in a great area especially if you have a dog ! It was really lovely sitting by the window just watching the world go by as we had breakfast or just a cuppa ! On that note the new kettle leaked when we first put it on but we contacted the staff and it was immediately rectified with a new kettle provided straightaway ! All in all this is one of the best little places we have stayed in and I would 100% recommend the place By the way if you go to visit Brimham Rocks & Fountains Abbey are places you must visit we had two awesome days out ! Great holiday & there was a bottle of Prosecco in the room for us !!!

The wi-fi was pretty slow but hey who wants to sit in a room on the internet or watching Netflix when there is so much to do in the local area ? The mantelpiece, under the bed & the bathroom tiles were a bit dusty too ? But again just a small issue !

A faultless experience - all of the little touches that make a weekend away truly memorable, great communication ahead of the trip, one of the easiest check-in/out processes I have had lately, a great night's sleep, private and safe for a solo female traveller. I could go on!

Nothing. The only thing I didn't like about the trip this past weekend was the weather. There isn't much the team could do about that though - good job I had somewhere lux and comfortable to retreat to!

The shower worked well. We were given a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a carton of milk. The bed was comfortable. There was a well equipped kitchenette. The room & en-suite bathroom were clean & tidy & the decor was in good order.

The parking arrangements whereby you had a 3 hour permit to be used between 9am & 6pm restricted to a once a day usage. No instructions for the oven & hob. The shower screen leaked where it seals to the bath so the floor continually got wet & bath mat became soaked after a few showers. Fixings of the 2 stools where loose/missing such that one of them nearly fell apart.

Perfect location for me as I was visiting friends who live VERY close by. Really great that I could stay with my dog and had everything I needed with a mini kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom and a place to work.

Only issue was the property I looked out onto is currently being developed so a bit noisy but would still stay again because of all the positives stated and it will be finished at some point!

It was wonderful. A perfect location. Spotlessly clean. The comfortable bed. Very spacious. Lots of luxury. It was perfect!

Everything was just perfect. The place is conveniently located, very quiet and spotless. I couldn't be more satisfied. I spent two weeks in the Royal Suite, and I must say, it's just unbelievable. I will come back for sure.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Everybody took superb care during my two-week stay. I recomiend Dragon Villas to anyone planning a visit to Harrogate. On top of eveything, IT'S A REAL PET FRIENDLY PLACE, and yet, SPOTLESS, QUIET and SILENT.
