Enjoyed having extra space. Had hoped Gr daughter could sleep over one night but unfortunately she came down with a bug. Enjoyed pool for a short visit due to it being too cold but enjoyed warming up in bathtub!! Enjoyed fireplace as well as deer from the deck. Deck furniture too large to be useful, but all else great. We will return

Perfectly situated between Santa Cruz and Carmel. Gorgeous views, quiet and near restaurants and beach.

Beautifully appointed & very comfortable - nice ocean view. Easy to check in & hosts great to communicate with. Both bedrooms are almost side by side and there are two bathrooms. The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed, which fit our teenage son without issue. The beach access is pretty steep and a bit of a long walk, fyi. But the views are lovely from the condo! Lots of restaurant options within walking distance, including a coffee shop & market to buy basic groceries. We walked over to the main Seascape lodge to go to dinner and sat outside. (Recommend reservations in advance.) All very nice! I would definitely stay again. Being located in the Seascape resort - this view also looks straight over at the lodge event area so there was a wedding the night of our stay and the music carries over was quite loud. I personally enjoyed the music and they had it off by 9pm, but if you are looking for a really quiet location, this may depend on the resort's event schedule. All in all - this is a very nice condo and I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this condo but what really made our vacation was the communication and the kindness of Julie! Our other rental fell through the night before we were suppose to leave for vacation. I emailed Julie around 1030 at night in desperation and not only did she respond, she made sure the rental was cleaned and was ready for our arrival in less than 24 hours on Christmas Day! I can't thank you enough! We enjoyed the amazing views and the convenience of the beach being just a short but beautiful 5 minute walk away! The location was perfect for traveling up and down the coast! The condo was extremely clean and there was everything there we needed including kitchen items and bathroom needs. Julie was truly amazing and saved our vacation! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo with amazing views. The area is great for kids, there is a pool and a hot tub and the beach in front of the complex is gorgeous. We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to go back!

If you have ever stayed at Seascape resort, you know how amazing the property is by itself— wonderful amenities, close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores, and of course, lovely walk paths to the beach. Seascape is top of the line and this property falls short of the notable Seascape reputation. During the booking process, we paid the initial amount for the deposit and the second part was to be paid a month before our stay, as expected. However, the second payment was requested to be mailed via check, not the norm for VRBO. I mailed the check and was later charged for the amount on my credit card. This inconsistency lead to an additional fee to cancel the check. On the day of our arrival, less than 24 hours before the issue, the hosts sent a message saying the water was going to be turned off from 9 am to 2 pm. Not only was this unacceptable, but we could not stay at the condo and use the amenities included. While I’m sure the hosts were only considering running water, we could not use the toilets, cook with water, or use the washing machine. After messaging the hosts, they offered $100 for a meal or the use of a nearby unit if we needed running water. While this seems like an agreeable fix, the inconvenience was far greater, especially the hosts’ lack of sentiment toward the issue. The property itself is dated. The wall paper has tears, the floor transition strip was broken, and kitchen cabinets needed attention. As mentioned before, definitely not Seascape quality. While it is certainly a rental property, it would be far worthwhile to avoid this location. The additional fees, property hosts, and property itself are mediocre at best when paying for a luxury stay.

The views from this condo are awesome, and we enjoyed the deer that would come to visit in the mornings and evenings. The walk to the beach was a bit long but worth it. The pool and hot tub are close and were never crowded. The condo itself needs some attention. The kitchen was disorganized and not well-stocked. We found take-out packets of soy sauce, parmesan cheese, ketchup, etc. in almost every cabinet and drawer, and multiple stacks of dirty looking napkins. We wanted to make scrambled eggs one morning and had to use a sauce pan to whip them-no mixing bowl. There was one dish towel in the kitchen. (We flew to CA so dish towels were not something we were going to pack.) The furniture/furnishings are in need of some upgrades. We had planned for my son to sleep on the sofa sleeper, but the mattress was so thin we had the kids share the King bed. When we picked up the coffee table to move it out of the way of the sofa bed, 2 of the feet fell off. Overall, everything looks a bit dated. Views were great but for what we paid we were expecting a bit better.

The apartment was clean and the ocean view was amazing. The property owner was responsive. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, which was convenient. There is a shuttle to the beach. Overall, we had a great time and will come back!

Loved our stay! Only thing I would say that the walk to the beach felt longer than 100 yards, lol. The walk there not so bad, but the walk back and the incline up the stairs and the hill was a little rough. Definitely not for the elderly nor out of shape individual. However it did motivate me to start working out again! Lol. All in all, wonderful place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property has a great view, great location, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be going back.

This was a very nice condo in a good area. You have access to a very nice beach. My only complaint is the furniture in this condo is not comfortable at all to sit on. The beds were okay to sleep in but they were also not the most comfortable. Overall though, very good place to stay!

The property was exactly like the pictures. Check-in was very easy and convenient. Property is well-equipped. There is good access to the beach and it is close to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

This is definitely a fantastic property.. great location, nice amenities (inc pool, spa), close to the beach.. not too far away from Santa Cruz and other monterey bay activities.. clean, beautiful, comfortable rooms (and beds).. we are definitely coming back! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This property is great! Clean and safe, located within Seascape Resort. Walking path to the beach and small shopping center with great coffee shop and florist. Open concept condo with stunning views, there were deer right outside our balcony! Traveled with our 1 year old and felt very safe here. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved the location and it was so helpful to have the golf carts to shuttle our beach items. We saw whales from the balcony and enjoyed the adult pool immensely! Definitely coming back next year!!

A good place to relax and decompress. Enjoy a breezy afternoon beach walk. Sip a nice drink by the balcony to watch the last ray of light.

Beautiful space with amazing views. It's well-arranged to maximally absorb the ocean from every angle. Very clean too, which is so important these days. Quick walk to the beach and if needed, close to both Santa Cruz and Monterey but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. Great hosts as well. Highly recommended.

Closer to beach path compared to staying in other units. Wine opener was not working( cork stick in it) One negative is we couldn’t order movie but that’s understandable with VRBO. We enjoyed going down to fire pit and seeing view from there too!! Wished hot tub was open as pool was close by but Covid restrictions prevented that!! Overall, enjoyed the location and views!!!
