What's not to like about a condo with a lovely view that's extremely clean and comfy, and walking distance to town?
Everything you could need for a wonderful stay is here, and communication with the owner is excellent. This condo is a gem.

We enjoyed a wonderful week last week at Saugatuck Breeze. The pictures and descriptions are accurate, but don’t convey all the wonderful things about this rental. First, it truly is a short easy picturesque walk into the heart of Downtown Saugatuck. Second, it’s filled with everything for the guests’ comfort. In the kitchen – you expect rental basics (e.g. dishes, flatware, cups, pots), but there were a variety of coffees & teas, plastic wraps, tools for the grill, trash bags, plenty of laundry & dishwashing soaps, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, just to mention a few surprises. In the bathrooms – shower and hand soaps, toothbrushes, cosmetic pads, even Q-tips. We will definitely stay in Saugatuck Breeze again!

This property was in a convenient location in Saugatuck, easy to get to Holland. It offered great amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, a bath bomb for the spa tub, and other personal needs. The 2 bedrooms with king beds was especially nice. Even more so when the unit above became occupied and we thought there was a herd of thundering elephants above us. White noise machines were provided, but we did not use them. We were able to move to the other bedroom and avoid some of that commotion. The furniture was not the most comfortable, kind of saggy. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Beautiful and very comfortable place to stay. I was super impressed at how impeccably clean it was. I also loved the layout/set up of the rooms since I went with friends. They supply useful things you may need (I ended up using an ice pack from the freezer). The only tricky thing was opening/locking the door. This place is a 5 minute walk to the heart of Saugatuck which made it easy to explore. There is so much to do in this area! I would definitely come back here.

The condo was more than I expected. Clean and nicely furnished. The information that was sent prior to check in was easy to understand and helpful. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

There was four of us on a girlfriends getaway. The property was exactly as advertised if not better. Everyone really appreciated the info given on what to expect. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location. Attentive and communicative host. Tastefully decorated unit with everything we needed during our stay. Noises from the unit above, if also occupied during your visit, may be an issue for you as it was for us during our stay. Learning how to operate the door lock was something we struggled with as well. Had we needed to make a quick exit in the middle of the night, I shudder to think of the ramifications of having a lock that seemed to require a safe-crackers finesse to operate.

Very clean and spacious enough for 3 girls to get ready.
Full kitchen equiped with everything you may need.
Parking availabile for 2 cars which is a great bonus.
Excellent communication. We had a question during our stay and they were very speedy with the response/resolution.
The owners go put of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

The property, which you cannot fully view from the street, was a gorgeous surprise as it rests feet from the water. The rooms were huge and clean, and each had their own bathroom. There was a third powder room off of the kitchen. I was happy to see there were new toothbrushes ans toothpaste, because I had forgotten that one essential! The owner was responsive to our questions and I would stay there again. It was a perfect getaway for my friend and me.

Our visit to this property was very enjoyable. The two bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch appreciating the view. Our Host was very thorough and helpful.

Came in for the weekend to checkout the area for my daughters up coming wedding. The house was clean, had the little touches that made you feel special (like small items you forgot... q-tips lol). Perfect location for getting everywhere, you literally can walk everywhere. We will becoming back next year and plan to rent the same house again!!

Everything was perfect! Comfy couches and the king beds were amazing. TV’s with all the options. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms attached to the bedrooms and 1 half bath off kitchen. Spotless! The view of the lake is a plus. Walk to town and enjoy the shops and restaurants. Loved it!

I stayed for the weekend with my mom friends during the off season. It was a perfect location with great water views. We loved the place. It was spacious, very clean, had everything you could want or need, and the host Jaime was available if you needed anything. They had a schedule of live entertainment which was much appreciated. Even though it was the off season we loved the little town of saugatuck and plan to come back and 100% stay at this rental. Thank you Jaime!

We had such a great time at this property. I grew up just north of Saugatuck, but currently I’m living in Indiana. I wanted a place to introduce my friends from Maine to west Michigan and Saugatuck. This place was absolutely the perfect home base for our four-day weekend.

Very clean, which is very important to us. Right on the water. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. We walked downtown more than once. Well stocked in the kitchen. If needed extra towels or blankets they were brought to you quickly. Beds comfortable. The only downside was it needed updating, especially the couches. We still had a great time and everyone enjoyed themselves.

There was a dehumidifier in one bedroom that was very loud when it kicked on making it difficult to be able to sleep
That same bedroom had no closet or any place to hang clothes… we were there to attend a wedding so we had formal clothes needing a place to hang we had to hang them on the tv armoire doors
