A beautiful and calm refuge in the chaotic Medina. The staff are unbelievably kind and helpful.

This Riad is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly. They are honest and well versed as far as the type of activities you want to do in Marrakesh. The AC could be set a bit lower but at 115F outside I understand it can be hard and expensive to cool the space down.

Amazing staff, safe and quiet area, shops and dining options easily accessible, taxis easily accessible. Wonderful stay at the Pachavana. Would absolutely stay for my next trip to Marrakech.

Excellent and friendly staff. Very attentive and always a smile. As soon as you close the entrance door it was relaxing and tranquil in contrast to the busyness outside Located a 15 minute short walk from the Medina which was ideal - lots of roof terrace restaurants to choose from on the way.

Riad Pachavana was a mini paradise in the exotic northern Medina. The setting was spectacular, the room was spacious and atmospheric, while the staff could not have been more helpful. It’s a gem of a place.

We had such a fantastic time at Riad Pachvana. The staff was phenomenal and the rooms and decor were absolutely stunning. We had full body scrubs in a heated marble room followed by massages, both were unique experiences and rivaled the best body treatments I’ve ever received. The food was incredibly delicious and prepared with great care. I wish we could have stayed longer!

It’s lovely riad and we enjoyed our stay very much thanks to Kameesa and her team. The room is very clean the breakfast was sufficient and the location was walkable. The hotel is located at the edge of the old Medina so it wasn’t far to walk to Jamaa al fina and was easy to get a taxi to hit the city center.

Riad Pachavana was an amazing riad to stay in. The rooms were well appointed, and the common areas were very clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice way to cool down after a long day, and I also enjoyed the rooftop, where I had a great view of Marrakech. The staff was exceptional, particularly Moussa, who went out of his way to make me feel welcomed every time I came in. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, Moussa made sure everything went well, and offered advice about what to see and do for the following day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this riad, and Moussa.

The place was beautiful and in a really good spot. Bit hard to find in the beginning. The swimming pool was a paradise while it was boling outside. Room cosy and clean. The biggest part of this stay was the exceptional service of Mussa. He went beyo d the extra mile to a comodate our needs and very friendly. He is rhe diamond of this place. The only downside is the lack of fridge in the rooms esp when is 36 degrees and you want to keep cool your water and staff.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. I stayed with my family, and I would recommend it. The streets around the riad were pretty busy and difficult with a small child, but then again, it is the medina after all. I would definitely stay there again.

A fantastic stay at Riad Pachavana from the pre-trip preparations with Nathalie which then exceeded expectations as a result of Khamissa and her team, who were exceptional in their efforts to make our stay at the Riad extremely comfortable. Such a wonderful team and we are very grateful for all they did. The Riad is perfectly located in The Medina to access the sights and experience the culture. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The facilities were good with sun lounges on the terrace with spectacular views. Food and Breakfast were tasty and the team catered for all our needs and requests. I’d recommend trying Le Vin Gris. We wish the Riad continued success and hope to return again one day.

Riad was very good and as described, Service and hospitality offered was also very good. One point regarding breakfast however, the same menus was offered each day with no variation. Extra items were possible to be ordered however basics such as 'English' Tea were not offered as per expectation.

A super Riad which was a haven of quietness and peace in the Médina. Attentive staff were very helpful. We had a problem with the noisy air conditioning which meant we had to move rooms and this was handled very efficiently. However a bit more attention needs to be paid to general maintenance. Both of the rooms had shower heads without holders and shutter doors did not move freely. Overall a really nice place to stay.

I had such a lovely stay at this raid. The hostess was so accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything that I needed. The room was clean and the daily breakfast was delicious. I was single female traveling alone and I never felt it. Beautiful city and people thanks again!

As crazy as the city is it was actually really easy to navigate to and from the Riad as they give you a map and point out key places and the car parks so you can always find your way home. Not more than a 15-20 minute stroll to most places you want to go, which is a godsend in the heat! Highly recommend!! I miss our little oasis already.

A beautiful haven hidden in amongst the hustle and bustle of the vibrant Medina.

Overall the stay at riad was excellent. All people especially Hamasa, Salah and Hamisha, they were very helpful and looked after us very well. I would really recommend this place and as this place is very close to Médina square. We walked every day.

Fantastic beautiful Riad ! Rooms lovely, clean, spacious, friendly helpful staff, very welcoming, great service, Moroccan breakfast, rooftop terrace, location good and about 20mins walk to main square and souks. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again if ever return to Marrakech.
