Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff were super friendly and even helped us make dinner reservations. And guess what? We got an upgrade to an after room! The rooms were huge, super clean, and quiet. I can’t recommend this place enough - you’ll love it!

Very nice hotel! The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We checked in early and our room was ready. The hotel is between two vaporetto stops, so it makes it easy to use the public transit!

The hotel was lovely, the service, the staff were excellent but what was truly unique and outstanding was that for the first time in my life I left items in my room’s safe AND housekeeping gave it to the front desk who contacted me immediately and arranged to have it sent to my home. Sentimental jewelry, a lot of cash. What could’ve been a disaster turned into a renewed faith in humanity

Fantastic hotel in every way- location, amenities, the room and views were stunning. Vincenzo was so much more than a bartender- knowledgeable, friendly, entertaining and a great mixologist too!

Hotel staff (reception and dining) was friendly and approachable. Room was cozy and clean. Location is a bit of a way from the hustle and bustle of Venice but we appreciated that it was not busy and quiet. A major plus for us was the option of transportation to and from the airport.

The Palazzo Veneziano was perfetto! All of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! They were a blessing for our first Italy experience! Wonderful experience scheuling transport and an early check-in. I highly recommend their hotel!

Beautiful property with a great staff. You will love the night bar staff, as well as the front desk team. They all are very friendly and informative with great suggestions for non commercialized areas to visit. We will definitely return on our next visit.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful and kind. We had upgrades for the rooms we booked that were fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent hotel for honeymooners! We stayed in mid-July 2024. Air conditioning felt great. The jacuzzi tub in our room also made our stay extra special! Easy boat ride to/from the train station and San Marco Square.

Excellent hotel about a 20 min walk to St Mark’s Square. Recent remodel so the rooms are modern and comfortable. We had a family suite with the second bed and bathroom in a loft. I would recommend and return.

We had great service assisting us with private transportation that was prompt and professional from the airport and then again assisting to get a water taxi to the train station. Omar was helpful in giving directions for dining options and what water buses to get to the city!! We would definitely stay there again, thanks so much!
