Perfectly located property in the middle of Bangkok within close walking distance of Terminal 21 mall. Very satisfying breakfast buffet and the rooms are both spacious and extremely comfortable. Excellent hotel.

Room was small but comfortable. No hot water and not fully fixed by engineering. Water turned cold or extremely hot suddenly in the middle of a shower.
Offerings in the regency lounge was pathetic but breakfast at the market café was very good.
But service was exceptional throughout. Also please have non slip rubber mat in the shower. The floor is dangerously slippery.

Service, location, design are really really good!! Only downside was the cleanliness and maintenance. Shower head was mouldy, and the tile parts of the floor were not properly cleaned. Was excited to use the bathtub until I rolled up the blinds and the sun showed me all the streaks on it from the substandard cleaning..... Worst of all there was a spot of poop inside the toilet bowl when we lifted the seat. Feedback was given to the staff but they either didn't send up cleaners or the cleaners didn't do a good job again.
Really a waste since I love the location and the look of the place. There's a sheltered walkway all the way to the BTS station. Would stay again IF the cleaning standards were majorly improved.

Really good experience, the staff was courteous and accommodating...we asked for an early check in at 9am and they had one ready. The location is great too and amenities are good too.

Arguably the best Hyatt I have ever stayed in. Great location for the BTS and centrally located. Rooftop is a plus but the real key is the staff. This is a property that sees a lot of volume so there are signs of wear and tear here and there that they seem to be trying to keep up with, but all in all a top notch experience. Take a from Nate who runs dining services if he offers it and spend some time in the lobby bar as well. Great place.

The service is excellent. The staff is friendly and efficient. They attempt to accomodate in any way possible. The food is very good. The breakfast buffet is well run with good coffee and fantastic eggs benedict.

Awesome rooftop bar. Excellent service I’m all areas. Very good breakfast. Easy to access skyway that leads to train terminals and shopping mall (Terminal Mall). Love their limousine service.

One of the best hotels in Bangkok. Brand new, clean facility. Spacious rooms. Lovely smell around the entire hotel. Great gym and very friendly staff. Amazing rooftop restaurant and bar with great food and fabulous cocktails. Location is great connected to the sky train and within walking distance from malls, pharmacies, restaurants. Definitely recommend.
