Trip was fun overall

Outstanding location, great cottage, nice and clean, amenities good. Will definitely book again.

I enjoyed my stay, but did not enjoy the large cockroach belly up in the middle of my room, a light out in the bathroom. There was a substance on the floor at the foot of the bed. I grab some paper towels to wipe it up and the paper towels was filthy. My sock that I wore while there were very very dirty, so I don't think the floors get mopped very often. Most folks would not say anything about this, but I think there is some feces on the wall behind the toilet tank, and some spills on the wall left of the sink. Floor under the sink to the wall need a good cleaning. But, I would stay again. Cleaning crew needs to be just a tad bit more efficient, and check for big roaches. Lol FYI I usually don't complain, but you have a nice place, and your cleaning crew needs to keep it that way. Thanks!

First they need a set of curtains for more privacy. The window by the front door also needs something to cover it. There’s not much they can do about the thin walls so you can literally hear the person in the next unit snoring and coughing. When they turn on their shower it’s super loud. Very annoying especially because they were up early. We would not stay there again

This cottage was extremely cozy. Comfortable ed and pillows. Location was also a plus. Down the street from the beach. I will definitely stay again.

Our stay was great, the place was very comfortable. Our only complaint was another guest that took up lots of parking with boat. The room was fun and bed very comfortable. The room would be even better with a luggage rack in the room and towel bar or hooks in the bathroom.

Perfect location within walking distance to Maritime Museum functions.

Very clean, organized, comfortable cottage. Close to a lot of restaurants and to go places. Beach is right there. Had a wonderful guided fishing trip and went to the Bar B Q cook-off. .

Property was easy to find. Parking & unloading/loading was a breeze! Peaceful & quiet at night. Host provided everything you needed. Will definitely stay here again!

There was construction across the street but there was no noise problem, we slept great. You can stay here and walk everywhere! Great spot.

Brought my grandmother to stay here for the weekend. She has dimentia and is a little wobbly so this cottage was perfect for us. I had to ask for extra towels and they were happy to bring us more. Very accommodating and will definitely stay here again.

Spouse and I wanted a quick weekend getaway to celebrate his birthday and our anniversary. Booked cottage #6. Cottage was very comfortable and conveniently located for Market Days, Rockport Crawfish Boil and waterfront. Loved the seaside decor. Microwave, small refrigerator and Keurig available in room. Bed cozy and comfortable. Soft comforter and plenty of pillows. Cottage was easy to book and management extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Will definitely book again.

Really enjoyed this property. It was quiet at night and within walking distance of restaurants, stores and waterside. Construction going on right next door which, when completed, will add to the charm of the location. Suzanne was very responsive and we plan to come back again. Loved Rockport even though the weather was not ideal.

Just a few blocks away from the Rockport beach and fishing pier, great restaurants downtown, and you can even see the fishing boats from the window! The room is spectacularly clean, smells like fresh cleaning supplies, and everything is in its perfect spot. The bed is comfortable, shower is hot and big, and room is very spacious. The room also comes with a microwave, fridge, and fully stocked coffee bar! Outside the room you’ll find nice grass, tons of room for pets or kiddos to play, and secluded parking on this side of the cottage. Adorable string lights hang in a large tree and light up the parking lot at night. It’s a great place to stay and the management staff are always very friendly and welcoming!!

There was some construction going on nearby that was a little noisy, but the cottage was neat, very clean and affordable.
