ce logement est un mix entre la chambre d'hotel et un appartement, donc non doté d'une véritable cuisine équipée la plupart des appartements étant dépourvu de plaque de cuisson , donc à vérifier soigneusement au moment de la location en fonction du type de location recherchée, la description sur ce point n'étant pas très explicite

Tout, la localisation, le cadre dans la verdure. Tout est accessible à pied. La grande disponibilité d’Ananda qui a su nous aider pour nos petits tracas et autres.

The accommodation was only added to the Booking programme in November '22. It is tastefully and functionally furnished. The mattresses of the beds are very hard (for me it was comfortable), but excellent. There is a brand new satellite TV for rainy days, with the ability to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ if you have an account for each. Caution. Many films are only available with the English soundtrack or in French or Hindi (!). Many films that you have on your personal list at home are shown but may not be streamed. German subtitles are often not available either... for whatever reason... It should be emphasised that there are really a lot of sockets (UK & German SchuKo!) in the accommodation. So there are hardly any limits to charging mobile phones, iPads, cameras, drones etc. at the same time. Great! I had the room with a small balcony and two bedrooms. There are new, effective and quiet air conditioners in both bedrooms. There is perhaps a lack of a ceiling fan in the dining room/living room area. The two rooms upstairs have a connecting door. This may be annoying for one guest, but for a larger family or two family friends, it is certainly pleasant. The kitchen has a large refrigerator in which 1.5-litre bottles can also be stored upright and a fairly decent icebox. However, one or two things should be part of the equipment and are still missing. A bread knife and wooden board for cutting baguettes, for example, or a few spices, salt, pepper, etc. are also missing. The accommodation has a nice swimming pool, which can be used until 19:00 in the evening. The balconies and the two flats on the ground floor overlook it. The house with its well-kept garden is located in a very quiet corner of Péreybère. There is no heavy traffic here and the yapping of dogs could only be heard occasionally and very far away. There are three cats in the garden. So there are no mice, but there are also correspondingly few birds to be seen.

I didn’t like that I could not bring a friend or anyone in the property. if I was a single tourist and found a companion I would like to bring that person with me to the apartment. but that was denied in this place…
