Overall, a nice home. But does needs some maintenance and general clean up. Both inside and out. Kitchen was rather sparsely outfitted. For example, glad we brought drink cups for the kids and not enough coffee cups for the six adults. A couple of mattresses really need replaced. Doors hard to close and if you’re not careful when you open the dishwasher door the whole thing comes out of the cabinet. With regard to the outside, trees growing out of gutter, lots of limbs over the house and driveway (making it hard to park) and VERY close to the interstate so if you are outside (or some places in the house), you can hear the loud rumble of cars going by constantly. Hot tub broke while we were there and there were not clear instructions on how to use the pool (water, cleaning, etc.) or hot tub. Pool was great to use and layout was as described in the ad, just a lot of clean up and maintenance needed.

The house was beautiful however there were may items that were damaged like toilet roll holders...handles for cabinets were loose or hanging off.
There werecobwebs and dead bugs in lamp fixtures. In one of the bedrooms there were two theow pillows under the bed and used tissues along with dust bunnies. The jets in the jacuzzi did not all work. In the family room there was a piece of someone's false nail on the fireplace. The chessboard was all broken..
For the price we paid thenhouse should have been in better conditio s. Also i asked three times about a late checkout and was told it was but when i asked what would thatblate check out time be i never gort a response so i stuck to the 10:30 checkout.

The home is beautiful and lots of space and places to sleep for a big group. This could have been a home away from home but it was not as clean as it needed to be and being so close to a main road the sound of traffic was an issue at night. Definitely needs a deep clean.

This rental was very good, and everything we needed for a family gathering. The pool was a definite highlight with waterfalls, slide and diving board. Communication with host was fantastic. He immediately got back to me.

My family and friends all enjoy staying at this house, VERY ckean the Management and the owner Were very nice and professionally,They give is discount cause of the Hot tub had issue things happen, they didn't ask questions just give us discount..we definitely go back again next year.Thank you

The home was comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The thermostat was a bit confusing and some rooms were a little cold and others quite warm. The kitchen had everything we needed and the host even decorated the home inside and out for the Christmas holiday! Would recommend for sure!

This was a lovely property to stay at for our family and in-laws. the house is beautiful (the decor especially), clean, and the pool area was stunning. The property manager was easily reachable to assist if needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked for items you may have forgotten to pack. The hot tub was out of order which would have been nice to know in advance as it was something we looked forward to. Overall everyone had a great time, and we would stay here again.
