Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sowohl der Gastgeber als auch die Angestellten. Leckeres Frühstück. Auch das sonstige Essen war sehr lecker. Uns wurde bei allem geholfen wenn wir es wollten, wie z.b. Roller mieten, Transport organisieren, Ausflüge, … Super großes Zimmer mit Klima. Sauber und guter Service

Dusche könnte erneuert werden, alles sehr veraltet.. wir hatten an einem Tag mehrere Stromausfälle gehabt fuer einige Stunden.. ebenso waere ein moskitonetz ganz gut für die Zimmer im hintersten Bungalow.

Cleanliness of the facilities are excellent! I loved the seafood risotto and free breakfast at the cafe. Private place with two cozy rooms to stay in. Looking forward to going back as our visit here was too short! Thanks!

1.nature-friendly interior & a beautiful garden. 2.appropriate room arrangement that feels like it's not crowded even when there are a lot of guests. 3.very friendly employee. 4.deep swimming pool.

1.far from the center, so expensive to use tuktuk or taxi. (if you can drive scooter, it's not a problem) 2.morning menu is not bad, but not good. 3.I saw a lot cute lizards and one snakes. (maybe harmless to man, but astonished😂) Despite its shortcomings, it is a recommended accommodation. Quiet and nature-friendly accommodation, reasonable price, cute lizard, friendly staff😁 I want to visit again next time.

Le personnel est adorable et efficace, la nourriture est super bonne (pâtes +++), le logement est propre et le lit super confortable. La piscine est super jolie et agréable. La plage n’est pas loin et très belle (il faut payer 100 pesos par jour par personne mais ce n’est pas la mort). Je recommande sans hésiter.

Everything was just amazing. The girls working in the kitchen were the best. Such hard workers, so attentive and just lovely. The location is perfect. 5 min walk to Dumuluan beach which is stunning. There are many triycles parked just outside of the entrance to Dumuluan beach so it is easy to get to the Alona / town. The food was Italian and exceptional. It was hard not to have it every night...

The place is so peaceful, located less than 10 minutes from the centre and only a few minutes walking away from the beach. There are many restaurants nearby. The best thing about the place is the staff - they went above and beyond every day to make sure we have an enjoyable stay and the food they cooked was absolutely delicious. The place is clean and spacious. The pool is great as well.

I was there for work and the Wi-Fi was not that good for my online meetings. Everything else was perfect.

On the positive side, the included breakfast was quite delightful. As a vegetarian, my options were limited, and I settled for a "cheese and egg sandwich," which they kindly prepared for me. Despite the lack of variety, the quality was good. They bake their own bread, and the meal comes with muffins that complement it perfectly. We also decided to lunch at the hotel. However, my experience mirrored the breakfast situation. Due to the limited vegetarian choices, I ended up ordering a customized dish. The prices were a bit steep considering the limited options available. The room itself was a highlight, being spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. I highly recommend it. Moreover, the hotel boasts facilities like a pool. Since there weren't many guests during my stay, I was able to enjoy the pool almost exclusively, which was a great perk. Add that the hotel was accommodating to our needs, adjusting both the breakfast and allowing us a later checkout.

While the hotel provided the opportunity to enjoy the pool, there was an odd rule that only the "property owner" could swim. This rule left us perplexed. Another notable disappointment was the absence of a vegetarian menu option. Regrettably, my experience took a turn for the worse when I decided to take a swim in the pool. To my dismay, my white bikini turned completely yellow upon contact with the water. I brought up the issue with the hotel staff, who suggested that the chlorine in the pool might be responsible. However, this explanation falls short because it implies that the pool is unsuitable for use. Despite their offer soap to wash the bikini, its color remained unchanged. Sadly, I now have to discard it, resulting in an additional unexpected expense. In conclusion, while there were aspects of my stay that were enjoyable, such as the pool and overall experience, there are critical areas that need addressing. Clarification of the pool rule, the inclusion of vegetarian options, and addressing the pool's impact on personal belongings are areas that require immediate attention for a more satisfying guest experience.

The garden and property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was very stylish and quiet. The AC worked well and is quiet. The resort is close to Dumaluan beach, you can easily walk to the beach and access restaurants from other resorts. Dumaluan beach is much quieter and cleaner than Alona beach. The staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful. They communicated well and they helped us to book a motorcycle within the first hour upon arrival, they helped up book Island hopping tours and called a tuk-tuk for us whenever we needed one. The food at the resort is also good.

The property is beautiful the pool and the garden are very nice and quiet. It’s been a lovely staying. The panglao beach is walking distance even though u need to pay to get in but it is worth to be visited especially in the morning and it offers amazing white send beach. We had dinner once at the property and it was really good. Highly suggest the crispy chicken. Alina beach is reachable with a fun ride (10 mins) on a tuctuc or just renting a scooter will give u access to all the activities

Breakfast could be improved, not really much choice and the so called ham should be replaced with something different and better. Rooms are big and nice. Some basic accessories are though missing in the restroom (a glass to put toothbrush should be really useful)

We loved everything about this place, the rooms are huge, beautifully decorated with a proper bathroom !!! Yippee. We liked it so much that we stayed here again at the end of our trip Travelling in the Phillipines for 3 months ,a good breakfast was hard to come by . Couldn’t fault the food here breakfast was amazing and fresh Nonna’s bread was better than home. Saving the best till last were the owners of the property, Sergio is an absolute classic, we spent quite a few hours exchanging stories and almost felt like part of the family,he will be a very memorable part of our 3 months travelling and perhaps we will see you guys in the Bahamas 2030😜 Kindest regards Matt Tesla and Pia

One of My kids’ room AC didn't work well. It wasn't an issue for 2 nights stay. Expect to pay to swim the nice Dumaluan beach by the locals (not government authority). You can take a tuktuk to South Palms Resortavout 1 km to swim there as long as you buy your drink.

We had a absolutely perfect stay. Everything was great and clean. The owner and staffs are so helpful, lovely and friendly. We left as friends :)

Salvatore is an excelent host! The hotel has great conditions, comfortable. Not in the ciry center but close by motorbike in 10 min. Our flight was cancelled and they were flexible with us because there were no other bookings, so a bit of luck but also good intentions from the owners. Would definitely stay there again!

People at the villa including the owners were very nice and friendly. The pool, the room is big and clean. We had problem with the room we first stayed but the owner was so friendly and she solved the problem very quickly by giving us another room to stay.

The breakfast is the same everyday would have been better if they have breakfast options.

Second time back to Villa Formosa. This place is the best to stay in Panglao, only 5 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach of Panglao and of Philippines. Salvatore and his wife and the entire team are amazing and the food is absolutely amazing.

That you cry when you have to leave.

The owner couple Salvatore and Anita are very friendly and attentive. They take good care of the guests and the villa are well maintained with authentic local vibe. We like it very much!

Very spacious and comfortable room. The villa with the garden and pool is very nice. It is quite easy to find tricycles for bringing you to places nearby. The personnel and the owners are very kind and friendly.

The water pressure could be stronger. A bit more variety for the breakfast would be great if you stay longer than a few nights.
