I had a pleasant stay at this location, thanks to the straightforward check-in process, its proximity to office spaces, and the modern setting with nearby shops. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. The room was too warm, and it did not work to turn off the heating system, affecting my sleep quality. Additionally, after a long day of traveling and a late check in, it was disappointing to find no shower gel or shampoo in the room.

Location

Superb location (for my needs on this trip), close to Pipera Metro. 15 min walk from Promenada Shopping Centre. Acces to great gym, and supermarket literally at the entrance. Restaurants close by too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartments are in a business area so not hugely touristy. But metro has you downtown in 15/20 mins and uber is reliable. Apartment (this one is in cc 1402) was comfortable with a view of the promenada area.

An enjoyable apartment in a new building. There's a reserved, proper, parking spot. At the ground floor, there's a grocery store and several cafes. The bed is quite comfy and the WiFi is fast. Bathroom is also quite nice. The host is super responsive and polite. Metro station is 5 minutes of walk away.

Sound insulation is not that great, neighbours can be heard. Looking outside the window, only the twin building can be seen. Finding the building and the entrance could've been better explained in welcome mail.
