The caravan was perfectly clean aswell as the camp site , very close to all amenities, beach shops etc, all in all a perfect stay

Location was perfect… within walking distance of beach, train station, local shops. It was clean, comfortable and warm.

Lovely caravan, close to seaside and all amenities. Caravan had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Owner easy to contact and quick response.
Network was really bad for us and no WiFi. I would suggest you check with your network provider if the network is accessible. It was not so bad as the caravan had DVD player and kids' favourite movies to watch on quite nights.
The toilet was not flushing most of the times but we just had to improvise. The owner explained the cause of the issue, though.

Beds were very comfortable & bedding very clean.
Kitchen area/mugs could have been a bit cleaner.

Lovely, clean, comfortable caravan. Great location for exploring nearby beaches or heading into Liverpool or Chester on the train.

Couldn't fault anything in the caravan. Every room was clean and well looked after. The owners are lovely. Couldn't recommend enough we definitely will be visiting again.

The boiler controls are confusing. Radiators would come on unexpectedly.

The location was great not far to all facilities and shops. The caravan is lovely and clean, and the owner couldn't be more helpful. Great that you can take your dog along.
The only thing was the reception staff were not very helpful when we arrived.

A little further from beach than imagined. Like me my dog is elderly (he is 17).

Caravan was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Little garden at the side was very helpful with our 2 dogs.
The dog treats were a nice touch.
Everything was great and we had a wonderful stay.
Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in Prestatyn and you have a dog or dogs.
Paul is very helpful and explains everything very well.
Didnt like the fact that there was no hoover because just as we got there the park had cut the grass and we had to deal with the mess for the entire stay and the brush supplied was not adequate to clean up the grass.

Lovely modern caravan with nice comfortable interior. Lots of utensils provided for cooking, playing games and just chilling out around the caravan. Great location being so close to the beach, and very peaceful holiday park in general.
The only issue was WiFi, which is out of the owners control.
