Lovely roaring fire when we arrived. Lovely little cottage with everything you needed. Not too far from Holmfirth close enough to walk or short taxi ride. Nice friendly pub 2 minutes away.

getting a vehicle near to the property, to unload or load up, is very difficult.

Arrived for a 2 night stay at lavender cottage with friends, really good communication with the owners, giving us accurate directions and times On arrival the cottage was immaculate, the heating had been put on prior to our arrival so the cottage was lovely and warm Nothing had been too much trouble, it was a beautiful stay and we won't hesitate to book again in the future

It was a delightful, cosy cottage for a weekend break. As soon as we walked in, it had a warm, clean feel to it. Both Tamara and Christian were extremely responsive on arrival and had left us some provisions which were much appreciated. We all slept well as the beds were extremely comfortable.
