Excellent location in the centre of Holmfirth. Cosy. Good facilities. Chloe was really helpful in sorting out any issues.

As a family of 4 we found there weren't enough places to hang wet towels or put toiletries in the bathroom, and there was limited options in the bedrooms for hanging clothes. A couple of door hooks and more shelving in the bathroom would be really helpful.

Cobwebs, sofas very dust in buttonholes, earring left in bedroom windowsill (cleaner not see it??), bottle cleaner pipe found on stairs on arrival so not a great first impression of cleanliness.

The flat was nice, and very central on a flat road. WIFI worked, the windows are double glazed which helped with the road noise. Holmfirth is lovely and the surround areas are amazing to explore

Elderly guest struggled with the two flights of very steep stairs and could not get into the bath for a shower. Dog had no outside area so had to be taken out to the park in the rain every time, nowhere to pull in to unload/load the car as the property is on a busy double bend with double yellows and the property was very hard to find as there is no sign or number on the door and it is tucked away. Microwave a faff to work out, no welcome pack like most places, and the heating wasn't on and there were no instructions for it. Double beds are two singles pushed together to a ridge down the middle making them uncomfortable. No wardrobes, and only three hangers for clothes per person.

tile broken in kitchen and no hand towels in the bathroom. But towels were provided for showering.
