Lovely comfy Chalet on a nice quiet site,Cedars bar & restaurants 5 mins away,nice flat walk to the centre.
Double mattress needs replacing like sleeping on springs other then that was perfect.

Location was OK. Not far from the town centre. A good walk. It was nice that we could take 2 dogs 🐕 .
The beds. So uncomfortable 😫 very lumpy. Had to sleep on top of the duvet. Good job it was warm night. Not had a cover over me. Filing cabinet as a wardrobe quiet funny. .

The enclosed balcony and outdoor seating for four people.
The site it's on is clean and tidy and 5mins walk to the beach. You can park your car up and walk into town.
The double bed was extremely soft and you could feel all the springs and the pillows also need replacing. I was surprised as I read previous reviews saying how great the beds were? Which is why I booked it.
There are three seats in the lounge. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking a meal.
The toilet door needs replacing and is completely broken. This place needs some TLC. Also using proper dehumidifier pots would look better than all the white pots.

Mablethorpe itself is great a super little resort something for everyone
The chalet it smelt of damp and fusty ,was not that clean either, very disappointed, contacted owners and they denied anything wrong, they had glasses of white powder all over to absorb moisture the toilet brush made my wife feel ill .

Fabulous place to stay, beach just across the road, everything you need is there, perfect! Will definitely go again

no privacy at toilet ,a flimsy slide door that was to small
parts of the ceiling panel just hanging down then half stuck with tape
filing cabinets in the bedrooms
Dog friendly but no hoover not even a sweeping brush
Beds we couldn’t sleep in ,the mattresses all need replacing lumps and bumps with stuck out springs
pillows flat as pancakes
we stayed on this site many times and never a issue but this chalet is the worst ever ,you go away and expect at least a bed that you can sleep in ,we ended up sleeping on the filthy stained dog hair ridden sofa bed ,we lasted the night then came home ,we messaged the owner about the issues no reply and we are out of pocket ,the place is a dump

we are two large people and tall cud not get under shower as too tall and very tight to get in.

it was filthy and my daughter and granddaughter could not stay as there was an overwhelming amount of dog hair everywhere.
so as I was in my own this has been my worst holiday ever.

Lovely little chalet, easy to find and felt homely.
Great price for the week and very clean upon arrival.
Plates, cutlery and cooking trays were provided there.

The Lovely 2 -bed chalet was exactly that everything you needed was there even down to a first aid kit the bedding was clean and fresh would use again 😀

Close to the beach. The Beck was excellent
On arrival reported to phone number stated that we had no towels and that the oven was greasy and had a very dirty unwashed grill pan from previous occupier. No reply received. Carpet covered in dog hairs. Obviously chalet not cleaned well.

It was absoloutley incredible. So clean, smelt fresh. Even had milk in the fridge ready along with a little welcome pack. We will certainly be back. The owner is lovely! Can't wait to return :)

Lack of kitchen utensils ,no oven proof dish.hob was too complicated couldn’t get it to work, no instructions.
Bedroom door unsafe .came off hinges,bed uncomfortable ,pillow singular was dreadful
Supposed to be for four people only three seats .no dining table so eating off lap.
No wardrobe just what seemed to be originally a metal filing cabinet.

Quiet spot easy to park car. great club house serving lovely food. easy access to mablethorpe beach and attractions
Too many strict rules. No dog walking area. No smoking anywhere ,even the pub open air pub garden. my husband is a smoker and we didn't know until we arrived

The location is great for family. Lovely cosy lodge.
Beds were uncomfortable and kitchen crockery was dirty. You are on site shared with residents so unfortunately we were witness to 2 shouting matches across from a chalet and caravan.
