Loved this location!

Wonderful trip, wonderful accommodations and amenities, and WONDERFUL VIEWS!!! Location is perfect!! Only complaint is that the AC doesn’t work very well but it was nice that a box fan was available to help with airflow and temperature. Would definitely return!

The room was reasonably clean. We had to sweep again and re-wash some dishes. The property is not in a commercial area, good for quiet. There is a large public beach access a few doors north so on a busy day, you may want to walk south 50’ to get some space. Beds are memory foam so soft but a tad warm. The nice exposed ceilings are pretty to look at but off little acoustical insulation from the guest above. We used the white noise function on our phones to help cut the sounds of steps above. The only ‘complaint’ was that the craftsman of work done on the property was pretty questionable. I was not expecting to see drywall that had been cut into for repairs, that didn’t get patched up. I have plenary of that at home. At the end of the day, we would stay here again. It is right on the beach and has must everything you would need for a visit.

The family all had a good time. Great space, great views, perfectly situated between Clear Water and St Pete. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Right on the beach, beautiful views from the two balconies. Well equipped with everything you would need. Original's Pizza across the street, Indian Shores Coffee a short walk. Lots of other food choices and near a trolley stop. Great apartment, loved the location.

Great condo for a friends getaway. The separate porches are fantastic as well.

The location was great beach area was great . We had 5 Women with 1 Towel each ... now I'm not sure why the owners can't afford towels I mean they aren't that expensive . The bed sheets were as thin as the tissue paper we used for gifts !!! We had to take time out of our day to wash towels .. Bathing is a must when staying on the beach so one towel person for a werk is not right !! It sleeps 8 but only 5 people can swim.. cause there's only 5 beach towels .. now the owners make plenty off of the rental .. they can afford a little luxury for the guest ... The unit is on the bottom and you can hear the people upstairs walking , talking and Flushing .. not great ! One owner sad there were rodents and that's why they had to cut all the Bushes and trees down .. Scary .. If your car/ truck is big it's tight parking .

Our family had a great time even though the weather didn’t cooperate! Perfect location and steps away from a gorgeous quiet beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing! First, the views are stunning & there are two balconies (one with two chairs & a side table & one with a full table & four chairs). We sat out on the balconies every day we were there. Inside, the beds were comfortable, the whole place was clean, aesthetically pleasing & very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies & the check in & check out instructions were clear & simple. We recommend this place & even my kids were asking when we could come back. Thank you for a much needed vacation & stunning sea views to make it enjoyable. We are grateful you shared your place with us!

The location and new remodel of the condo are very nice.

This condo is oceanfront right on the beautiful beach of Indian Shores! Great location to everything and easily walkable to restaurants, stores and putt putt golf. The condo was clean and most of it has been recently updated, including new furniture. The house was equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and even a cooler which was nice because we traveled from NC to visit for the week. The pizza place across the street (Original Pizza) has amazing food, a must try! The sunsets from the porch are absolutely breathtaking and we saw dolphins almost everyday while sitting on the beach. A true paradise!

This property has spectacular ocean views and easy access to the beach. The condo is well equipped with everything needed for the stay. It is clean and nicely decorated. We also appreciated the beach gear in the storage right off the garage. We would highly recommend it and would stay here again.

We have been renting VRBO hones for over 10yrs in the Indian Shores/Rocks area. This one being the most expensive that we have rented had the LEAST AMOUNT of appointments. We were NEVER supplied with a starter kit. Unit had one garbage bag and half of a roll of paper towels. The kitchen pans were old and worn out. Handle in shower was loose. Door in bathroom worn & did not close. View was amazing. Not much else. Hence the 3 Star rating. 10am checkout is kind of early and Not the norm.

This property is the perfect beach front location. 30 min to many locations including St Petersburg, Clearwater, downtown Tampa. We loved our stay!

This property was perfectly located just steps from the beach as well as within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. With the exceptions of an extremely noisy ceiling fan in the guest bedroom and a broken pocket door in the master bathroom the physical space was in great shape and true to the pictures online. The living and dining room spaces were very generous for a family of 5. Two balconies had gorgeous views. There were no major high rise condos in the vicinity so the beach was never really crowded and there was always plenty of beach space. Also, the area was quiet and serene. Easy drive both up to Clearwater and down to St. Pete beach or downtown St. Petersburg. 30 minutes to Tampa and the airport. Not too far of a drive to Sarasota and Siesta Key. Great price and value given the location and amenities of the unit. I would highly recommend it!

Condo was in a great location. Close to shopping and right on the beach. Property needs some updating and better cleaning service.

Experience overall was very smooth. When responses were needed, they were quick and helpful. I would definitely use Mobi again!

We had a lovely week at this condo! The corner unit, with 2 balconies, gives unobstructed views of the water and is the perfect place to watch sunsets. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed is super comfortable. We had a minor concern our first night and found the property manager to be very responsive. Our concern was promptly addressed, even on the weekend, and the remainder of our stay was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Indian Shores! The condo was beautiful, with spacious balconies & stunning oceanfront views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we thoroughly appreciated that there was beach gear like chairs, towels, and an umbrella for our use. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the place was Fantastic!! It's was our first time to Indian Shores & we couldn't have picked a better place to enjoy our time. Condo is exactly as stated & it is situated within walking distance of numerous places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will rent it again. Thank you !!

The view is gorgeous! Can hear and see the ocean from the balcony, however the unit is in need of some upgrades. The worst was the cockroaches the was seen several times in the master bath and the kitchen. That ruined it for me! Woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and almost stepped on one. Opened the kitchen cabinet to reach in to get a plate and there was another one crawling around. Also opened the dishwasher and screamed as one was inside at the top. I can’t relax when I know they are crawling around! Hated this!!!

I wanted on the beach, space to sit at a table outside (to work, eat, play games), quiet, easy access, smaller building, wifi, clean, and a comfortable space for myself, my husband, and in-laws. I also wanted pet-friendly for my 12 lb morkie, comfortable living room furniture, and at least 1 king bed. This unit delivered on all of those. The location was ideal for us (nice, quiet area and not far drive from grocery & sunsets were amazing) and the unit was very well appointed. The notes I would make are: 1) The building is a bit worse for wear and the interior trim is beat up, but the owners have upgraded everything they can and this didn't bother us. (2) There is an A/C issue where you can't set it below 74 or 72 and the fan has to be on auto or the signs (everywhere) threaten it will freeze up and you'll have to pay for it to be fixed. Proved to be fine for us in early March though the temp seemed to fluctuate, but would NOT work for us when it is hotter. (3) There are NO screens on the doors facing the ocean so if you want to turn OFF the A/C and enjoy the sound of the ocean and breezes, you can't due to the threat of bugs etc. (4) The second bedroom config doesn't really work for two older adults. The trundle comes out, but stays on the floor and doesn't move in and out easily. (5) The traditional coffee maker is awful, very old and spills easily. Otherwise, enjoy!

The best thing about this property is the view... It simply cannot be beat! The double balconies have 100% unobstructed views of the gulf - perfect for the memorable western sunsets!! The unit itself was nice, clean, efficient - very well maintained. The covered parking was nice to have as well. The building is in need of some repair, but this did not effect our stay. It was a great "vay-cay"! Thanks!!
