Basic but fairly handy location. The room itself was dusty, and the air con wouldn’t work to help warm up the room. It was freezing the weekend we stayed back. Parking was a bit of an issue. The parking lot is quite narrow, not really convenient for a larger car, we then saw a patch of grass on the other side of the unit. Without knowing we parked the car up so we could have more room to unpack and access the vehicle. The neighbours then lost their minds, and started calling the park management. Very rude neighbours, when they could have just asked politely. There was no other signage to say that you couldn’t park there. We payed quite a bit for the room on a busy weekend. All of the dishes were very dirty and needed a bit of scrubbing before we could use them. Toilet / shower is fine, both are located just a step outside. I would only stay again if it was at least half of the price we paid.

Stayed for Ironman Western Australia. Great location and comfortable setup with everything we needed provided.

No WiFi and poor phone signal - minor inconvenience

Really nice place overall, with very peaceful gardens and a pleasant beach atmosphere.

The aircon was not really working that great, would like to see this resolved.

Better than the pictures, comfy beds, armchairs are super comfortable. really good water pressure in the shower.

the upper level is loud walking on at night but not unbearable. detached bathroom isn’t ideal
