La cama es grande y cómoda. Sala de estar y cocina muy cómoda. Anfitriona atenta y agradable.

El olor a cloaca del baño. Las almohadas muy vacías. El suelo de la terraza si llueve y se moja, resbala mucho.

Not in the tourist centre but only a gentle walk 15 minutes to get there.

Quality of decor is variable: shared entrance lobby is below expectations, hard to know if apartment is meant to be "shabby chic" or is just half finished. Very steep steps to bedroom and multiple levels between front door, bathroom and lounge.

Hosts were super friendly, responsive and helpful. They let us drop our bags early snd answered all inquires in a timely manner. The apartment has definitely recently been renovated. There are a few things that still need to be completed, mainly the lighting in the bathroom, and a few other finishing touches. Otherwise it is well decorated and a comfortable space. True to photos.

The name saying “in the heart of Brussels” is very misleading. The apartment is located a 20 min walk from the main square in town and in a pretty sketchy neighborhood. We were never bothered but in speaking with some locals, they mentioned in can become dangerous rather quickly. You can walk about 5-10 mins to get to a metro station to get closer to town faster but the walk between the apartment to the metro station is the worst part of the journey. On NYE, the fireworks were being set off towards buildings and people all around the neighborhood and made us feel extremely unsafe. There aren’t any restaurants or coffee ships close by, not that you would want to stick close to the apartment, but options are limited. If you’re willing to sacrifice location, this is the place for you.

Very spacious, fully equipped, and nicely decorated apartment. Friendly and responsive host.

The neighbourhood is a little dodgy and the entrance of the building is run-down. Also, there is no lift and the apartment is on 3 levels, so it isn't very accessible.
