Hotel was busy and the staff appeared to be overwhelmed. Breakfast was mediocre for a 4 star hotel. One coffee machine was broken and the other working one produced cold and weak coffee.

Dining options for vegetarians very limited. Malcolm from Dining Section was exceptionally good and took good care of us.

A lovely property well positioned and situated. Manager was very helpful. The only reason I am rating them 4 iso 5 is that it took me at least 7 to 8 calls before someone answered the phone at the property when I called to say I would be checking in late. Housekeeping takes forever to come up to your room. Breakfast was a nightmare, too many people and too little space, wait was for at least an hour before you could be seated. I expected a bigger spread for the large 4-star hotel. Other than that, spectacular views from the room and easy access to the Oceans Mall.

All good until 2 30am when a party started in the room next door and call reception 2 times and they sent the party down to the pool area just below my window. Call reception another 2 times and nothing happened. But 4 30am it finally the party ended. Nice to get up at 530 to catch a morning flight after a night like that.

The property was not close to the beach as it was advertised on the web. It is inconvenient to get in and out of the property due to the heavy traffic Room was not ready when we got to the reception . We had to wait for about 3 hours before we got one.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful and safe neighborhood- it was so convenient that it was attached to a shopping center and that there was a boardwalk that was safely in walking distance to get outside. The staff were all splendid and the room were modern and clean. Would return again

I really dont like that half toilet rolls were put in my room. I think those halves should be kept for the public toilets in the hotel and not the rooms. its really not hygienic.

Great stay, the breakfast offering in particular exceeded my expectations from a 4 star hotel. The service by the chefs was spectacular literally no ask is small or too big for them.
What I didn’t understand from a value perspective is the lounge access, nothing wow at all, the food was limited, the set up not great. Infact the facilities available to everyone are much better. There really is no point to the executive lounge.
The other disappointment was the slow lift services due to a failed lift which wasn’t fixed for more than 4 days. This resulted in long waiting periods for the lift which was a bit of an inconvenience.
Otherwise overall a great stay.

Its my 2nd stay here this year. Ive booked a premium sea facing room. In room Amenities werent up to standards. Their was a constant cigarette smell in the bathroom. Very noisy as it did state sound proof rooms which wasnt

Venue was in excellent location 1 block from the beach and adjacent to luxury shopping!plenty of dining and bar options that take advantage of stunning views and food. Staff is super friendly, helpful and very accomodationg. Will stay again on my next trip.

Check in was at 3pm. We only got checked in at 5.45pm. After being checked in our beds were not ready in our room and we had to wait till 7pm to get housekeeping to sort it out. Poor excuses from staff who were not apologetic at all and did not keep us informed.No management on duty to listen our concerns, hotels.com tried calling to speak with the staff members but no one answered.Staff at the restaurant are all juniors and learning on the job,we had challenges with our meal orders. Disappointing to know that we were sitting next to one of the owners of the hotel at dinner and we were experiencing such terrible service throughout our stay. At check out which is at 12pm, we had a knock at our door around 11.50, if only welcoming guests was as good as chasing them away.

front desk was not helpful , many people whom work at the hotel don't know much about hospitality and hotel management on how to treat guest and co-ordination and conduct of the hotel . House keep takes ages to respond to anything. Stay was very average so was the food at the hotel

Booked room was not available and was moved to a so called superior room which had two twin beds and it took hotel 4 hours to address the issue. Toilet blocked and not attended for 2 days.

Easy access to food and shopping. Parking at the hotel was very easy. Hotel was new and clean. price was good. Would be happy to stay here again.

Stay very good. But found it strange that such a beautiful hotel does not have bathtubs. My wife always insist on bathtub. Secondly, for a hotel like Radisson you expect gowns & sleepers. That’s what you get in other Radisson hotels.

The hotel is in a good location and it is quite lovely. Unfortunately during our stay housekeeping only cleaned our room at 3pm; which is disappointing when you have been gone most of the morning.
Would definitely stay again.

Overall the stay was ok. Rooms are modern, well appointed, and bed really comfy. Service on the whole was slow, particularly at the front desk. 6 odd people standing around and not one person looks up to ask if you have been served or need something.
If you are looking to be able to open a window for fresh air, then not the place to stay. Freshly prepared breakfast was good, and the chef went out of his way and prepared a really good omelet. The buffet however was not great at all and freshness left a lot to be desired, particularly the coffee from the machine.

Vast improvement since my last stay. Staff are much more attentive. Housekeeping response times require improvement. Took 2 phone calls and over an hour to receive soap and an extra blanket. Generally a good stay.

The 1st room i was in, was awful in that it had an interleading door to the next room and i coukd hear the people nect door, the whole night. I called reception to complain. Not much was done. I hardly slept. Then was disturbed at 5h30am by music from that same room. I had to ask for a change of room

Excellent service, good food, comfortable and spacious. Only thing i didnt enjoy was the one day, i requested a take away pack for the breakfast as i was leaving early. I oay R230 for the buffet hut the take away is a sandwich, an appme and a muffin. For R230!

I stayed here for 3 weeks on a business trip. The hotel itself is only a few months old so it’s clean and everything was in working order. My room was spacious enough with all amenities you would expect, iron, fridge, hair dryer and kettle etc. The hotel was always clean and my room was serviced every day. The restaurant is good, especially the bar staff who did everything to make my stay comfortable for 3 weeks. The food is ok and typical for a hotel restaurant. Breakfast was good but all the while varied and fresh. Some of the staff are still learning in there new restaurant which can see service slow down a little but they are learning quickly. The gym is small but the equipment is up to date. I would definitely come to stay again. If you have the option, take a floor higher up to see the views of Umhlanga!

A comfortable stay, however the Reception needs to improve their reservation information as there was no record of the booking and payment until the receipt was produced. This occured not once, but four times upon the arrival of our guests at various times. This resulted in a frustrating delay upon check in and again at check out when the Receptionist required payment which had been made well before arrival.

Requested a dental kit and the manager requested me to visit a shop across the road cause they were not sure if they had received dental kits! Finally he finds one and has it delivered to me.

Limited Breakfast Options - Some Food was cold.
Its a very lovely hotel but i think the hotel should have opened when everything was functional and the staff properly trained.
