I found this structure last minute because another one had canceled my reservation. It is in a very good position, very close to Jalon Alor (paradise of street food in KL) and near a metro station. The flats are very comfortable and clean.

There were Two room but the Bathroom access was from the room with attached to main room. The second room was very tiny and uncomfortable for kids.

I stayed at one bedroom apartment, clean, looks same as photos, hot shower, nice, cozy beds, view, near by restaurants, 7-11, easy instructions, Wi-Fi, Netflix,

no fans, sometimes AC is late in cooling rooms, can keep little more essentials like shampoo, washer detergent

The location was near to all the shopping mall- Easier , if you bought a CIM Card and download the application for GRAB (LIKE uber) .It's was very easy- if you need even to go out at night and it's registered and secure.

as we have stayed for 11 nights- there is no housekeeper- thus, we need to ask clean towels and did not have any materials to clean the appt- But the guy Shayfick did the necessary after.

Excellent hospitality. It was 1night stay, booked at 10pm, received update n instructions in few mins. Checked in late at 12am, request extra parking but was occupied and host responded (even it was super late) and replace different spot. Everything was smooth.

Shower was broken eventhough it still work fine

AC was cool and the unit was complete with everything. Wifi available is fast and stable, not to mention this apartment was well maintained with fitness area and swimming pool. Maybe next time will visit again.

Near to Jalan Alor, my favourite place to go because everything is food there, moderately priced.

Need to contact host as they don't have a counter for checking in, only for placing luggage

very basic amenity have in the apartment, also lack of shoe rack outside the apartment as no grill door for that unit. pillow very thin and not comfy..no hangers to hang your clothings…only 1 hanger for entire apartment.

Prominent Location, Other than having clean facilities, you can easily communicate with the staff. They are so helpful and friendly!

The location was okay. Close to malls and Chinatown. The pool is huge and there is a small workout area (no ac). A couple of okay places to eat in the area.

It’s difficult to find very clean accommodations in Malaysia. Cleaning could have been better. Especially the bathroom. Our contact person was not very good. Even the cleaning staff had to call him as they didn’t know when we would be leaving. The sewer in the laundry room backs up a couple of times a day and you get a very bad smell in the apartment for about 15 minutes each time it happens. The bell ringer at the church below the building goes crazy and rings the bells excessively around six each morning.

It’s near by city centre and other attractions.

There is nothing to highlight all was good except for bed size and bed sheets cleanness when I shifted from one apartment to another
