It was clean and comfortable good tv, some breakfast included.

No mirror’s apart from bathroom if your getting ready to go out you really need a full length mirror. Also they said they provided breakfast but there wasn’t enough cereal or jam for number of days.

The unit was very comfy and well thought out for a really nice stay - especially with young children. The quality of things like utensils, cookware and appliances was great. The washing machine and dryer was also much appreciated. The beds were super comfy. The location is a great point - it's not far from anything. And the welcome food pack was also much appreciated after a day of travelling - basics like bread.

Parking is a bit tight for a large SUV and our question to the host wasn't responded to until after check out.

Contemporary style and very clean place. The facility managers are very accommodating, allowed us to check in early.

Location suited us close to a shop, chemist and takeaway Willow Court sign at the front of the property would make it easier to find. We liked the decor and it was very clean the owner was very helpful with a small issue we had on arrival. All of the appliances were of good quality fridge washing machine, dryer and hairdryer. Beds were amazing!!!!

We thought that it could use a shelf in the shower recess to put toiletries on and a small shelf near the vanity. The microwave was in an awkward position for ease use (to high, in cupboard above the fridge)you need a stepping stool to use it if you are vertically challenged

This is a beautifully refurbished apartment style unit. We liked the location (a couple of klm out of town) as it was extremely quiet during the night - no noisy people or vehicles and there was a delicatessen across the road. Under cover parking was an added bonus. The unit was extremely clean and well furnished and the bed very comfortable. It was an excellent choice for our five night stay. We had a small problem on arrival but Matthew was just a phone call away and it was resolved within 15 minutes. Excellent service. The loaf of fresh bread, jams, spreads, erc. were a pleasant and welcome surprise.

There wasn’t really anywhere to hang towels after showering - a free standing towel rail in each bedroom would easily fix the problem. Instructions on using the oven and dishwasher would also be helpful.

breakfast and cooking facilities were great, great bed and bedding, all round great stay

toilet roll holder is on the wrong way and roll falls off.
