Great set up for an extended family group with basically 2 well-equipped apartments - lots of living space and stunning views. Unfortunately it was a bit windy for the beach, but we had a lovely stay anyway. Owners were very accommodating organising early access and baby cots and we would love to go back again. Windows could use a clean to make the most of those views!

We enjoyed the stay. It a nice, clean well position property. There are few areas which needs urgent attention and repairs. The water heating system for bathroom supply is not efficient and quite ineffective. There was no effective heating system in the bunk bed room, the wind was entering the room making it very difficult for kids to sleep.

A lovely property of two separate units upstairs/downstairs which can be converted to one two storey home which overlooks Port Macquarie's Lighthouse Beach. The outlook was sensational, we evn saw whales migrating north for the winter from the upstairs bacony. When I first booked the property it was advertised as 7 bedroom 5 bathroom property, however it is in fact 5 bedroom 3 bathroom. Top storey is two beds and 2 bathrooms, downstairs unit is 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom, which makes it a bit hard for three+ couples (could be more as one of the downstairs bedroom has two double bunks. Additionally the cleanliness of the downstairs bathroom had mold and could do with a good scrub out. Both upstairs bathrooms were lovely, being newly renovated. The overall cleanliness of the house was good except for the downstairs bathroom. Both floors have lovely furnishings and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. I give it an overall rating of 4 stars only because of the bathroom downstairs and not being as originally advertised.

Great location. Overall experience was good. Fun was had by 7 middle aged women. Would recommend but some of the single beds may need upgrading.

The house was well located and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the view and proximity to the beach.

However, one fridge was not working, which resulted in loss of food and having to shop daily and relying on ice in eskies. Communication with owner was not satisfactory. Bedrooms also didn't seem to match descriptions and configuration wasn't as we expected.
