Asansör yok, çok dik merdivenlerden 3 kat valiz taşıdım. Resepsiyon yok. Mutfaklı daire olarak kiralanmasına rağmen ocak veya fırın yok.

Soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser are fragile. Staff was rigid.

We did not stat as they did not have elevators to take us to the allotted room. There were only stairs and we could not climb. Requested booking.com and sonders to help us relocate in other property. Both hid behind each other and i had to stay at other properties paying double. My money was not returned. Its shameful for both booking.com and sonders.

Big room

Big room but very poorly equipped e.g. kitchen w. large fridge & oven but no table & chairs to eat from, no wardrobe, no shelves for clothes, tv in corridor w uncomfortable chairs, tv can’t be seen from bed

Location was great, absolutely loved it.

The apartment was very comfortable and the location is great for both main sites and nightlife - highly recommend visiting Delux Cafe if you get a chance!

small sofa is not comfortable at all. no cleaning for 5 days. noise every night. no elevator. it is a bad copy of a hotel room, taking into consideration that sofa is not an additional bed, no cleaning, etc

sofa bed terrible

The apartment was terrific. Brand new, clean well appointed. We were a bit surprised at the size of the bedroom and the bed but it ended up being VERY comfortable.

THe sofa bed was much more comfortable for our son unopened. There aprings were very obvious when the bed was open and not comfortable. The hot water in the shower ran out after a few minutes for every shower taken. Problematic.

Miserable place to stay for many reasons: 1. The elevator to our room was out of service for the entire stay, which was a handicap accessible unit. Customer service claimed it would be fixed the second day of our stay, but it never was. Instead, the elevator (which literally runs through the apartment) ran constantly up and down, making every bit of noise along the way 24 hours a day. 2. The apartment was directly above a loud restaurant, with no soundproofing whatsoever. Do not expect to get to sleep before 11:00pm, even if they finally fix the elevator. 3. Early check in was rejected, with customer service claiming a full five hours was needed to clean the unit. They refused to allow me to even leave bags in a closet, and instead tried to convince me to use some overpriced and untrustworthy luggage storage service. I learned after our stay that there were actually lockers available inside the building that we could have used. 4. You must use their proprietary app to stay here, and it demands every bit of personal information you can imagine. 5. The apartment was in decent condition. It's been remodeled within the past couple of years but it's the kind of fake-luxury feel. The sparse furniture is cheap, and even the lone area rug is completely tattered and curling up at all edges, which is a serious tripping hazard.

Very cosy apartment. Good facilities. Good air conditioning unit that can actually switch off unlike the terrible experience we had with Sonder in Washington. Great products for soap and shower gel shampoo etc good brands they used. Very central indeed In very nice area with great access to food and drink places along with great shops. Easy to walk to all main things like Fenway park, TD Garden freedom trail, to the duck boat pick ups etc amazing location.

No lift to take our luggage up. We are right at the top so not great having to take that up 4 flights. The back area was very very noisy at night. Ear plugs provided though so I was fine but my wife can’t sleep with them in so not the best but not Sonders fault to be fair.

Everything was excellent!!! Super clean Great location! Lots of amenities, it has washing and drying machine, coffee machine, toaster. They had roku so my kids could watch movies The bed was super comfy!

The apartment was very nice and the location was great.

The view was ugly (back alley with trash bins), it was very noisy (multiple airconditions right outside, garbage collection every day at 5 am), it was at the 4th floor without a lift, the shower was cold and the kitchen was badly equipped. Staff was friendly (online), bit not very helpsom.

Comfortable, clean, well-designed and spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood filled with restaurants and shops.

The location was excellent, right on a lively street (but not too noisy), and very convenient for public transport. The design is very attractive and pleasant.

My main problem, and the reason I will probably not be using this company again, was a total lack of flexibility with check in time. I arrived at 7 am after an overnight flight, and check in was at 4 pm. I contacted the company several times via Booking and via their own app, but they were not willing to allow me early check in. Another problem was the size of the bed. Luckily I was alone, but if I had been with a partner, that bed would not have been comfortable at all (I am very tall). Finally, it is not clear from the information that the apartment was on the third floor with no elevator. Be prepared to carry your luggage up steep stairs when you arrive.

Perfect location for many different places in Boston. Elegant neighbourhood. Stylish and functional apartment. Very clean.

Having said that this is an excellent apartment, I add that the air-conditioning is a bit loud and that a cooking plane would make it perfect (my room had only microwave and toaster).

would like to have had more control over aircon. got very cool in the evening. was also devastated to find we had to climb 62 steps with our heavy luggage. would like to have been told in advance.
